On November 5, 2025, both national and international tourists ascended Phnom Bakheng to enjoy the serene beauty of the sunset from the historic temple. Visitors gathered around the temple grounds, taking their seats and waiting patiently to capture the picturesque view of the evening sky.
Although the sunlight was dim and the sun was not clearly visible, tourists were not discouraged. They expressed great satisfaction and excitement at having the opportunity to experience the tranquil atmosphere and unique charm of Phnom Bakheng at sunset.
