នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអង្គរ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចសម្ភាសបេក្ខភាពចំនួន៣០នាក់ ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល «ជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្ម»។
បេក្ខភាពចំនួន៣០នាក់ មកពីនាយកដ្ឋានចំនួន៤ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមមាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍អង្គរ នាយកដ្ឋានរដ្ឋបាល បុគ្គលិក និងសម្ភារ នាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ និងបុរាណវិទ្យាបង្ការ និងនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ឆ្លងកាត់ការសម្ភាសជាមួយមន្រ្តី និងអ្នកជំនាញ ដើម្បីចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្ម រយៈពេល២ឆ្នាំកន្លះ។
បេក្ខភាពទាំង៣០រូប គឺឆ្លងកាត់ការពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃលើប្រវត្តិរូបសង្ខេបពីក្រុមការងារ GIZ ក្រុមការងារជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្ម (SCU លោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងក្រុមការងារមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអង្គរ។ ការសម្ភាសនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ មិថុនា នេះ គឺដើម្បីជម្រុះយកបេក្ខភាពចំនួន២០នាក់ សម្រាប់ចូលរៀនវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដែលនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរការពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ តទៅ។
បណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកជំនាញជាន់ខ្ពស់ខាងអភិរក្សថ្ម ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការនិងដឹកនាំអនុវត្តគម្រោងអភិរក្សនិងជួសជុលបេតិកភណ្ឌ តាមស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិទៅអនាគត។ ក្រោយពីបានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល សិក្ខាកាមនឹងទទួលបាន៖ ទី១ ចំណេះដឹងអំពីសម្ភារៈសំណង់ប្រាសាទ រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធប្រាសាទ ការខូចខាតនៃគ្រឿងសំណង់ ទី២ នឹងមានលទ្ធភាពរៀបចំតម្លើងគម្រោងព្យាបាលជំងឺថ្មនិងជួសជុល ទី៣នឹងមានលទ្ធភាពព្យាបាលថ្មនិងជួសជុលតាមវិធីសាស្រ្តវិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត។

Angkor Training Center conducting the interview for candidates to participate in the Stone Conservation Skills Training
On 10 June 2022, at the Angkor Training Center, 30 candidates are interviewed to be selected to participate in the “Stone Conservation Skills” training course.
30 candidates from four departments of the APSARA National Authority, including the Department of Angkor Tourism Development, the Department of Administration, Personnel and Materials, the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology , and the Department of Public Order, are interviewed for the selection to participate two-and-a-half-year stone conservation skills training course.
The 30 candidates will be screened and evaluated by the GIZ working group, Stone Conservation Unit, Department Director Mr. Im Sokrithy, and the Angkor Training Center. This interview to select 20 candidates to attend the training course, which will start from 20 June 2022 onwards.
The training course for senior stone conservation experts to plan and lead future conservation and restoration projects of international standards. After the training, participants will gain: First, knowledge of temple construction materials, temple structures, and damage to construction materials, second, they will be able to set up stone treatment and restoration projects, and third, they will be able to treat stones and scientifically restore them.
One of the candidates, Mr. Lann Dara, 29 years old, who works as a tourism agent at Pre Rup temple, applied to attend the above training course because he loves and wants a specific skill in the future. This is an opportunity for him to learn and get the knowledge that he loves, especially to get a degree recognized by the experts. Despite knowing that the work of stone preservation is difficult, Dara believes that he will be able to do this work with all efforts to contribute to the temple preservation that is the heritage of humankind for future generations.
