សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានស្ថាបនាផ្លូវជិះកង់នៅក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ប្រវែង២៣គីឡូម៉ែត្រតាំងតែពីឆ្នាំ២០១៩។ ផ្លូវជិះកង់នេះ មានឆ្លងកាត់ព្រៃព្រឹក្សា ស្ទឹង វាលស្រែ និងក្បែរៗប្រាសាទ ជាផ្នែកមួយធ្វើឱ្យមានភាពទាក់ទាញអារម្មណ៍ទេសចរបែរមកជិះកង់ជំនួសយានយន្តផ្សេងៗនៅរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ បើទោះបីជាផ្លូវកង់នេះ បានទទួលការគាំទ្រពីភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាច្រើនក៏ដោយក៏អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នៅតែមានគម្រោងរៀបចំកែលម្អ បន្ថែមទៀតទៅតាមសំណូមពររបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរដែលនិយមជិះកង់។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំចំណតកង់ចំនួន៨កន្លែង នៅលើទីតាំងសំខាន់ៗតាមគោលដៅទស្សនារមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរក្នុងវង់តូច និងវង់ធំ ផ្តល់ងាយស្រួលចត មានសុវត្ថិភាព និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់។

The APSARA National Authority has observed that since the easing of the COVID-19 situation, the number of tourists choosing to explore the temples of the Small and Grand Circuits by bicycle has steadily increased within the Angkor site.
Mr. Seng Sotheara, Director of the Department of Tourism Development and Culture, stated that an average of more than 100 cyclists visit the Angkor area each day along the routes prepared by the APSARA National Authority. He added that many tourists express satisfaction with the cycling paths that wind through forests and rice fields in the Angkor landscape, noting that the number of cycling visitors continues to rise from month to month, except during periods of heavy rainfall.
It should be noted that since 2019, the APSARA National Authority has established a 23-kilometer cycling route within the Angkor site. This route passes through forests, streams, rice fields, and areas near the temples, making it an attractive alternative for visitors who prefer cycling over driving. Although the route has received strong support from many tourists, the APSARA National Authority intends to further enhance it in response to requests from bicycle enthusiasts. Currently, eight bicycle parking areas have been arranged at key locations along the Small and Grand Circuits to ensure convenience, safety, and order.
The development of cycling routes in the Angkor area is an important initiative aimed at expanding new tourism opportunities. These routes have created a fresh way to experience Angkor: in addition to visiting the temples, tourists can enjoy cycling through the Angkor forest, admire rice fields that change with the seasons, and benefit from a clean, natural environment—an activity that also promotes physical health.
