ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ស្ថិតនៅវត្តអង្គរខាងជើង ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាកិច្ចការវត្តអារាមក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ (CoMAPA) ដែលមានព្រះមេគណខេត្តសៀមរាប ជាព្រះប្រធាន ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្សព្វផ្សាយការរៀបចំផែនការមេ សម្រាប់វត្តអារាមក្នុងតំបន់ឧទ្យានអង្គរ លើកទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផែនការប្លង់មេសម្រាប់វត្ដអារាមក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ លើកទី១នេះ បានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមព្រះរាជធិបតីភាពរបស់សម្តេចព្រះពុទ្ធជ័យមុនី បណ្ឌិត ឃឹម សន ព្រះសង្ឃនាយករងទី៣ និងជាព្រះរាជតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពស់ខ្ពស់របស់សម្តេចព្រះសុមេធាធិបតី កិត្តិបណ្ឌិត អំ លឹមហេង ព្រះប្រធានគណៈសង្ឃនាយកគណមហានិកាយពុទ្ធសាសនានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សម្តេចព្រះព្រហ្មរតនមុនី ពិន សែម ជាព្រះប្រធានថេរសភាសង្ឃ សម្តេចព្រះមង្គលមុនីរង្សី ហ៊ូ ឈីវនាថ ព្រះប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈសង្ឃនាយក ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោក ជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឯកឧត្តម ផាន់ ច័ន្ទតារា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងធម្មការនិងសាសនា និងឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ព្រមទាំងព្រះសង្ឃ មន្ត្រីរាជការ យាយជីតាជីជាច្រើនអង្គ/នាក់។
សម្តេចព្រះព្រហ្មរតនមុនី ពិន សែម ជាព្រះប្រធានថេរសភាសង្ឃនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ទ្រង់កោតសរសើរចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលបានសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយ CoMAPA ក្នុងការរៀបចំវត្តអង្គរខាងជើង និងវត្តដទៃទៀតឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ ស័ក្តិសមជាកន្លែងព្រះសង្ឃគង់នៅបដិបត្តិតាមពុទ្ធឱវាទ ដែលការរៀបចំនេះជាថវិការបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក្នុងការសាងសង់សំណង់ផ្សេងៗ ដែលជាតម្រូវការចាំបាច់នៅក្នុងវត្តរួមមាន កុដិចំនួន២ខ្នង ផ្ទះបាយ១ខ្នង បន្ទប់ទឹកសម្រាប់ព្រះសង្ឃ១ខ្នង បន្ទប់ទឹកសាធារណៈ២ខ្នង។ នាពេលខាងមុខដ៏ខ្លីនេះ វត្តអង្គរខាងជើងនឹងក្លាយជាកន្លែងផ្តល់នូវចំណេះដឹងដល់ពុទ្ធបរិស័ទ ក៏ដូចជាភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ឱ្យយល់ដឹងពីព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ហើយក៏ជាកន្លែងទស្សនា និងធ្វើសមាធិជាដើម។ ការរៀបចំវត្តអង្គរខាងជើងនេះ បានផ្តល់នូវសោភ័ណភាពនៅក្នុងបរិវេណប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តនេះ និងជាគំរូសម្រាប់វត្តដទៃ។
សម្តេចព្រះពុទ្ធជ័យមុនី បណ្ឌិត ឃឹម សន សម្តេចព្រះសង្ឃនាយករងទី៣ គណៈមហានិកាយ ព្រះអង្គសព្វព្រះទ័យចំពោះកិច្ចការរៀបចំប្លង់មេវត្តអារាមនេះ ពិសេសការរៀបចំប្លង់មេនៅវត្តអង្គរខាងជើង ហើយសម្តេចក៏បានផ្តាំផ្ញើជំរុញឱ្យគណៈសង្ឃខេត្ត រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបន្តរៀបចំនៅតាមបណ្តាវត្តដទៃទៀតក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ ជាពិសេសវត្តអង្គរខាងត្បូងផងដែរ។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានថ្លែងថា គោលបំណងនៃការកែប្រែទីវត្តអារាមនាពេលនេះ និងពេលខាងមុខក្តី គឺដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់ព្រះសង្ឃផង និងបង្ហាញពីតម្លៃនៃព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាផង។ កិច្ចការនេះត្រូវបានអ្នកជំនាញការអន្តរជាតិ បានស្ងើចសរសើរចំពោះអង្គរ ដែលជាគំរូមួយដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់បណ្តាប្រទេសនានា យកទៅអនុវត្តតាមបាន ដោយសារកិច្ចការសាសនាបានដំណើរការដោយរលូនជាមួយនឹងកិច្ចការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល។ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ បានថ្លែងអំណរព្រះគុណ សម្ដេចគណៈសង្ឃនាយក និងសម្ដេចព្រះព្រហ្មរតនមុនី ពិន សែម ដែលព្រះអង្គតែងតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចូលរួមគាំទ្រយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការទ្រទ្រង់ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា និងរួមចំណែកថែរក្សា ការពារសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ រហូតឈានដល់សម្រេចបាននូវលទ្ធផលនេះ។

On August 8, 2026, at North Angkor Pagoda, the Council of Monks on Angkor Pagoda Affairs (CoMAPA), chaired by the Chief Monk of the Mohanikaya Order in Siem Reap Province and coordinated with the APSARA National Authority, organized the first public presentation of the 2026 Master Plan for pagodas in the Angkor Park.
The event was presided over by Samdach Preah Putcheymony Dr. Khim Son, Third Deputy Supreme Patriarch and representative of Samdech Preah Mohasometheathipadi Um Lim Heng, Great Supreme Patriarch of the Mohanikaya Order of the Kingdom of Cambodia. It was attended by Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem, Supreme Councilor; Samdech Preah Mongkolmony Rangsey Hou Chivneath, Chief of the Secretariat of the Supreme Sangha Council of the Mohanikaya Order of Cambodia; H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of Directors of the APSARA National Authority; H.E. Mr. Phan Chandara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Cults and Religion; H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director-General of the APSARA National Authority; as well as Buddhist monks, government officials, and laypeople.
During the event, Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem expressed his appreciation to the APSARA National Authority for its close cooperation with CoMAPA in improving North Angkor Pagoda and other pagodas in the Angkor area. These efforts aim to ensure that the pagodas are properly organized and equipped with suitable facilities for monks to reside, study, and practice the Buddha’s teachings.
The APSARA National Authority has supported the development of essential facilities at North Angkor Pagoda, including two monk dormitories, a kitchen, a bathroom for monks, and two public bathrooms. In the future, North Angkor Pagoda is envisioned as a place where Buddhists, as well as national and international visitors, can learn more about Buddhism. It will also provide a peaceful setting for visiting and meditation. The improvements have enhanced the surroundings of the Angkor Wat complex and established North Angkor Pagoda as a model for the development of other pagodas.
Samdach Preah Putcheymony Dr. Khim Son, Third Deputy Supreme Patriarch, expressed his satisfaction with the preparation of the master plans, particularly the master plan for North Angkor Pagoda. He instructed the Provincial Monk Council, the Siem Reap Provincial Administration, and the APSARA National Authority to continue developing master plans for other pagodas in the Angkor region, with South Angkor Pagoda among the priorities.
On the occasion, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona said that the purpose of renovating and improving the pagodas, both now and in the future, is to benefit monks and demonstrate the enduring value of Buddhism. She noted that this work has received appreciation from international experts working on Angkor and serves as a positive example of how religious activities can be harmoniously integrated with heritage protection under the Royal Government’s efforts.
H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona also expressed her gratitude to Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem for his continued attention to and support for Buddhism, as well as his contribution to the preservation and protection of Cambodia’s cultural heritage.
During the presentation, the technical working team also explained the process of developing master plans for five pagodas in the Angkor Park: North Angkor Pagoda, South Angkor Pagoda, Preah Vihear Pram Pi Lveng Pagoda, Preah Ang Kok Thlok Pagoda, and Preah Inda Tep Pagoda.
In preparing the master plan for each pagoda, the technical team carefully considered a range of factors, including Buddhist principles, Khmer customs and traditions, arts, environmental considerations, and aesthetics, to ensure that the development of the pagodas is appropriate, sustainable, and respectful of their religious and cultural significance.
