កាលថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីខ្ពស់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសតែងតាំងថ្នាក់ប្រធានការិយាល័យ និងអនុប្រធានការិយាល័យនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នៅសាលសន្និសីទអង្គរ សរុបចំនួន៦៥រូប ក្នុងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ ពិធីប្រកាសតែងតាំងនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយករង ទីប្រឹក្សា ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សរុបចំនួន៣៥០នាក់។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីរាជការនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាទាំងអស់ និងបានផ្តាំផ្ញើនូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំមួយចំនួនសំដៅឱ្យការងារអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរបន្ថែមទៀត។

On August 10, 2026, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of Directors of the APSARA National Authority, presided over a ceremony to announce the appointment of 65 office directors and deputy directors within the management structure of the APSARA National Authority. The ceremony was held at the Angkor Conference Hall.
The event was attended by H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, Deputy Directors General, advisors, and approximately 350 leaders and officials of the APSARA National Authority.
On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona met with the leaders and officials of the APSARA National Authority and provided recommendations aimed at further strengthening the management, conservation, protection, and sustainable development of the Angkor site.
