នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ នាបរិវេណនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្នាប់ធ្នាប់ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាមួយស្តីអំពី៖ ដំណើរការអនុវត្តន៍ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ ជូនដល់មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក នាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ណែនាំប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានតំបន់អង្គរ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយគោលនយោបាយបរិស្ថានរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ ផែនការ និងការងារគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានអង្គរ ស្វែងយល់ពីបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងកែលម្អប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ។ អញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតី នាឱកាសនោះមាន ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយក រួមទាំងប្រធាននិងអនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ មន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិក អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាចំនួនប្រមាណ៩០នាក់។

ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍នាឱកាសនោះថា ព្រៃឈើនិងបរិស្ថាន មានតួនាទីសំខាន់ណាស់ ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែក លើកតម្លៃបេតិកភណ្ឌក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ព្រោះថាព្រៃឈើ ជាផ្នែកមួយមិនអាចកាត់ផ្តាច់បានភាពផ្សំ នៃសមាសភាពសំខាន់អំពីតម្លៃ នៃរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។

ឯកឧត្តមថា ដោយមើលឃើញអំពីសារៈសំខាន់របស់ព្រៃឈើ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៤មក អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានបង្កើតនាយកដ្ឋានមួយឈ្មោះថា នាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកនិងព្រៃឈើ។ តាមរយៈនេះ កិច្ចការងារជាច្រើនពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាមួយទឹក និងព្រៃឈើ ត្រូវបានស្រាវជ្រាវ គាស់កកាយ និងធ្វើឱ្យមានការរស់រានឡើងវិញ នូវប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្របុរាណនាសម័យអង្គរ និងការធ្វើឱ្យមានកំណើននៃគំរបព្រៃឈើក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរជាដើម។ ឯកឧត្តមបន្តថា ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំៗ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានខិតខំយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ក្នុងការងារស្តារឡើងវិញនូវប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រអង្គរ និងការងារគ្រប់គ្របបរិស្ថាននៅតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ដូច្នេះកិច្ចការទាំងនេះមិនអាចខ្វះបានឡើយ ពីការចូលរួមបំពេញបន្ថែមរបស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា ដើម្បីរក្សាបាននូវការឈរគង់វង្សរបស់ប្រាង្គប្រាសាទនៅក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។

On 13 February 2023, the Department of Public Order organized a workshop on the implementation of the Angkor Environmental Management System for 90 officers and staff of the Department of Public Order of APSARA National Authority to disseminate and introduce the policy of APSARA National Authority, Angkor Environmental Management Plan, the challenges and improvement of the Angkor Environmental Management System. The opening ceremony of the workshop is presided over by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General, Representative of H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, as well as the Director and Deputy Director of the Department of Public Order.

H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, said on that occasion that forestry and the environment play an important role in contributing to the value of heritage in the Angkor site because forestry is an inseparable part of the Angkor site.

He added that seeing the importance of forests in 2004, APSARA National Authority established a department called the Department of Water and Forestry Management. Through this, many works related to water and forestry were researched, excavated, and instituted the ancient irrigation system of the Angkorian period and the growth of forest cover at the Angkor site. H.E. Mr. Long Kosal continued that every year, APSARA National Authority has made great efforts to rehabilitate the Angkor irrigation system and environmental work in the Angkor site, so these works are indispensable from the additional participation of stakeholders to maintain the standing of the temple in the Angkor site.

It should be noted that in the workshop on implementing the Angkor Environmental Management System, there is a presentation on the prevention of forest crime, the implementation process of the Angkor Environmental Management System, and questions and answers from the participants.
