ដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានបន្តសកម្មភាព វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ការអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។ ជាក់ស្តែងនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការណ៍ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន បានបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ការអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៥ នៃសាលាបឋមសិក្សាបាគង ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំបាគង ស្រុកប្រាសាទបាគង ។

In early 2026, the APSARA National Authority continued its heritage education training program for students living in the Angkor heritage area. On the morning of January 16, 2026, in cooperation with local authorities, APSARA organized a heritage education training session for Grade 5 students at Bakong Primary School in Bakong Commune, Prasat Bakong District.
Mr. Un Moninita, a representative of the APSARA National Authority, said the heritage education program provides an important opportunity for children who are born and living within the Angkor site to gain a better understanding of their cultural heritage. The program aims to cultivate students’ awareness of the value of cultural heritage, foster a sense of love and responsibility toward it, and encourage them to become future role models in their communities for preserving, protecting, and managing cultural heritage.
He added that the heritage education program for the new academic year is divided into two components: classroom-based lessons that introduce the basic concepts of cultural heritage, and outdoor learning activities that take students to study real situations at temples and cultural sites throughout the Angkor region.
Mr. Luy Chhon, First Deputy Chief of Bakong Commune and a member of the school management committee, welcomed and strongly supported the training course. He emphasized that heritage education is a fundamental foundation for students to understand archaeology, particularly as Siem Reap was a former ancient capital rich in temples and archaeological sites that require ongoing preservation and protection.
Since 2007, the APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with various partners, has been organizing heritage education training programs for students living in heritage areas, with the goal of nurturing the next generation’s understanding and commitment to heritage conservation.
