Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, and Ms. Carlotta Del Bianco, President of the Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco – Life Beyond Tourism, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the fields of science, training, and traditional craftsmanship. The agreement focuses particularly on sharing best practices to strengthen the capacity of community-based artisans.

They also aim to create stronger connections between tourists and artisans, while promoting the value of both tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
