អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងតួនាទីភារកិច្ចអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងប្រាសាទ” ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២២-២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលមានសិក្ខាកាម ជាមន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិកមកពីនាយកដ្ឋានក្រោមចំណុះនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន៨០នាក់ នៅនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែម ដើម្បីបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ (Site Manager) និងធានាបាននូវវិធានការណ៍នានាក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់រាល់សកម្មភាពមិនគប្បីមួយចំនួន ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តិឡើងដោយភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ មកទស្សនាប្រាសាទនានាក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។

ឯកឧត្តម មានប្រសាសន៍បន្តថា ការខ្វល់ខ្វាយនេះ សំដៅលើការពង្រឹងនៃសាមគ្គីភាព ពង្រឹងនៃភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡារវាងក្រុមការងារគ្រប់ផ្នែក ដែលកំពុងតែបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅតាមតំបន់ប្រាសាទ មាននាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ នាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរ និងវប្បធម៌ នាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងបុរាណវិទ្យា នាយដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជាដើម។ ស្ថិតនៅជាប្រចាំតាមគោលដៅផ្ទាល់ ហើយក្នុងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ តែងតែលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងតម្រង់ទិសនូវដំណោះស្រាយផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីឱ្យការងារទាំងនោះសម្រេចបានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់៕

The APSARA National Authority organized a training course on “Strengthening the Capacity and Roles of Site Managers” from October 22–23, 2025, with a total of 80 participants, including officers and staff from various departments under the APSARA National Authority. The training was held at the Department of Public Order.
This course aimed to enhance the participants’ knowledge and capacity to manage their daily responsibilities more effectively as site managers. It also focused on ensuring proper measures are in place to prevent any inappropriate behavior by both national and international tourists visiting temples within the Angkor site.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of the APSARA National Authority, representing H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General, emphasized that the Authority continuously prioritizes capacity building for its officers and staff across all departments.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal added that this ongoing effort not only strengthens professional skills but also reinforces solidarity and coordination among working groups from different departments—such as the Department of Public Order, the Department of Tourism Development and Culture, the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology, and the Department of Water, Forestry and Infrastructure Management. He noted that under the leadership’s direction, these departments are consistently encouraged and guided to work collaboratively and achieve their goals with high efficiency.
