នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាលនៃអង្គការយូណេស្កូ ទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ប្រទេសបារាំង លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ប្រធានគណៈប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤៧នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសមជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយឯកឧត្តម សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Nikolay Nenov ដើម្បីបង្ហាញអំពីបំណងល្អរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់តួរនាទីរបស់គណ:កម្មាធិការបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក ក៏ដូចជាការជំរុញលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេរភាគីលើផ្នែកវប្បធម៌ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌ។
ឯកឧត្តម សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Nikolay Nenov បានរំលឹកអំពីទំនាក់ទំនងល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសប៊ុលហ្គារីកាលពីអតីតកាល និងបានសន្យាគាំទ្រ ព្រមទាំងជំរុញឲ្យមានកិច្ចសហការជាមួយកម្ពុជាលើវិស័យវប្បធម៌ និងបេតិកភណ្ឌផងដែរ។
On the afternoon of July 8, 2025, at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, France, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, Head of the Royal Cambodian Delegation to the 47th Session of the World Heritage Committee, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Prof. Nikolay Nenov to express Cambodia’s good intentions in contributing to enhancing the role of the World Heritage Committee as well as promoting bilateral cooperation in the fields of culture and heritage.
H.E. Prof. Nikolay Nenov recalled the good relations between Cambodia and Bulgaria in the past and pledged to support and encourage cooperation with Cambodia in the fields of culture and heritage.
