អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចុះពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់នូវលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេស ដំណើរការសាងសង់លំនៅដ្ឋានដល់ពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅក្នុង និងក្រៅតំបន់អង្គរ ចំនួន១៣៧ករណី -APSARA National Authority to inspect and provide technical specifications on the housing construction process to the residents living inside and outside the Angkor area for 175 cases- 01 April 2024

ក្នុងសប្ដាហ៍ទី៤ នៃខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងដីធ្លី បេតិកភណ្ឌក្រុង និងសហគមន៍ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចុះពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់នូវលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសដោយពុំគិតប្រាក់កម្រៃ ក្នុងដំណើរការសាងសង់លំនៅដ្ឋាន ក៏ដូចជាសំណង់ឧបសម្ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗទៀត ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរស់នៅក្នុង និងក្រៅតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ បានចំនួន១៣៧ករណី ដូចជា: 
១. ក្រុងសៀមរាប ចំនួន២៩ករណី
២. ស្រុកប្រាសាទបាគង ចំនួន២៤ករណី
៣. ស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី ចំនួន៤១ករណី
៤. ស្រុកពួក ចំនួន១៦ករណី
៥. ស្រុកអង្គរធំ ចំនួន១៥ករណី
៦. ស្រុកស្វាយ លើចំនួន១០ករណី
៧. ស្រុកសូទ្រនិគម ចំនួន២ករណី។

អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តែងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់និងពិនិត្យ ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងការងាររបស់ខ្លួនបន្ថែម តាំងពីដំណាក់កាលទទួលសំណើ រហូតដល់ដំណាក់កាលឆ្លើយតបទៅកាន់ពលរដ្ឋវិញ ពោលគឺធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យសេវាកម្មរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាខិតកាន់តែជិតប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា រាល់ការស្នើសុំច្បាប់គឺពុំតម្រូវឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបង់ប្រាក់នោះឡើយ៕

In the fourth week of March 2024, the Department of Land Management, Urban Heritage and Community of the APSARA National Authority inspected and provided free technical assistance in the process of housing construction as well as other annex construction to the residents living inside and outside the Angkor area for 175 cases such as:
1. Siem Reap City for 29 cases
2. Prasat Bakong district for 24 cases
3. Banteay Srei district for 41 cases
4. Puok district for 16 cases
5. Angkor Thom district for 15 cases
6. Svay Leu district for 10 cases
7. Sotnikum district for 2 cases.

APSARA National Authority always pays attention and checks and strengthens its work from receiving requests to responding to the residents, that is, to make the services of APSARA National Authority closer to the residents.

It should be noted that all house renovation requests are free of charge.
