នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលសារៈមន្ទីរវាយនភណ្ឌប្រពៃណីអាស៊ី ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ជាសហប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំ ព្រមទាំងការអញ្ជើញចូលរួម ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហព័ន្ធមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ា តំណាងស្ថានទូតថៃ ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម ព្រមទាំង ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រី្ត ក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈជាច្រើនរូប។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានពិភាក្សានិងសម្រេចលទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖
១. កំណត់ឲ្យភាគីកម្ពុជានិងឥណ្ឌារៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងMOU ហើយភាគីទាំងអស់នឹងពិនិត្យ សម្រេចនាពេលក្រោយ
២. ធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនូវសាមន្ទីរវាយនភណ្ឌប្រពៃណីអាស៊ី ជាពិសេសពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពបន្ថែមសមុច័្ចយថ្មីៗនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសនីមួយៗដើម្បីតាំងបង្ហាញ
៣. ពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពផ្តល់នូវប្រភពថវិកាដើម្បីធានាបាននូវនិរន្តរភាពនៃដំណើការទូទៅរបស់សារមន្ទីរ
៤. ជំរុញឱ្យមានការចូលរួមរបស់បណ្តាប្រទេសនីមួយៗឲ្យកាន់តែសកម្មក្នុងការរៀបចំតាំងបង្ហាញ ពិព័ណ៌អចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ ឬមិនអចិន្រ្តៃយ៍នៃវប្បធម៌របស់ខ្លួន
៥. បង្កើនការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសារៈមន្ទីរវាយនភណ្ឌប្រពៃណីអាស៊ី ឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យមានភ្ញៀវទេសចរចូលទស្សនា និងជំរុញឱ្យមានការចូលរួមរបស់បណ្តាប្រទេសនីមួយៗឱ្យសកម្មថែមទៀត
៦. ផ្តល់នូវអ្នកជំនាញខាងផ្នែកសារមន្ទីរមកធ្វើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកកំពុងបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅសារមន្ទីរផ្ទាល់
ក្រៅពីនេះទៀត អង្គប្រជុំបានជំរុញឲ្យគ្រប់ភាគីបន្តទំនាក់ទំនងសហប្រតិបត្តិការឲ្យកាន់តែរលូននិងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់សំដៅការបង្កើននូវបរិយាកាសសហការជិតស្និតរវាងគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ៕

H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona and the Ambassador of India co-chaired the Board Meeting of MGC Asian Traditional Textiles Museum

On 30 March 2023, at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, a board meeting of MGC Asian Traditional Textiles Museum was co-chaired by H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of the Ambassador of the Federation of Myanmar, the Embassy of Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam, as well as heads and officials of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.

The meeting discussed and achieved some significant results such as:
1. Cambodia and India were required to prepare the MoU draft and all parties will consider it later.
2. Improving the MGC Asian Traditional Textiles Museum, especially examining the possibility of adding new collections of each country to the exhibition
3. Examine the possibility of providing funding sources to ensure the sustainability of the museum’s general operations.
4. Encourage the active participation of individual countries in organizing permanent or non-permanent exhibitions of their culture
5. Increase the promotion of the MGC Asian Traditional Textiles Museum, attract more tourists, and encourage the active participation of each country.
6. Provide museum experts to train staff on duty at the museum.
In addition, the meeting urged all parties to continue to cooperate more smoothly and effectively to enhance the close cooperation environment between all stakeholders.
