អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាចាប់ផ្ដើមសាងសង់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ពន្ធ «ភូមិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌» នៅបរិវេណមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាសហការជាមួយសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត និងប្រារព្ធខួប១០ឆ្នាំ គ្រោងនឹងប្រារព្ធឡើង ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ខាងមុខ។
លោក ទិន ទីណា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងជាសមាជិកក្រុមការងាររៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្រ្កាន្ត បានឱ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងនោះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក៏បានទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងគម្រោងនៃការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី «ភូមិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌» ដែលជាកម្មវិធីមួយក្នុងចំណោមកម្មវិធីទាំង៤៤ នៃព្រឹត្តការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត។ លោក ទិន ទីណា បានបន្តទៀតថា ក្នុងឱកាសព្រិត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្តឆ្នាំ២០២៣ខាងមុខ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ក្តីស្រម៉ៃ និងសង្ឃឹម» សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា នឹងរៀបចំពិធីខួប១០ឆ្នាំនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្តសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រៀបចំកម្មវិធីដែលមានឈ្មោះ «ភូមិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌» ដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរបុណ្យឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ។
លោក ទិន ទីណា បន្ថែមទៀតថា ភូមិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌នេះ នឹងមានការបង្ហាញពីបេតិកភណ្ឌរូបី និងអរូបី តាមរយៈការបង្ហាញពីបច្ចេកទេសក្នុងការរំលីងថ្មយកមកសាងសង់ប្រាសាទមាននៅតាមចម្លាក់ប្រាសាទបាយ័ន និងបច្ចេកទេសជួសជុលប្រាសាទឥដ្ឋក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ រួមទាំងការរំកិលថ្ម។ រីឯបេតិកភណ្ឌអរូបី មានបង្ហាញអំពី របៀបចារសាស្ត្រាស្លឹករឹតដែលជាមរតករបស់អ្នកស្រុកពួក ដែលបង្ហាញពីរបៀបចារ ហើយសាធារណជនអាចសាកល្បងចារបានថែមទៀត បង្ហាញសិល្បៈការស្មូនភាជន៍ ការដាប់ស្បែក ហើយអ្នកទស្សនាអាចរៀនដាប់ឆ្លាក់ចម្លាក់ស្បែក ការផ្តិតសិលាចារិកឬរូបដល់អ្នកទស្សនា និងមានការប្រគំតន្ត្រីរបស់អ្នកភូមិត្បែងព្រមទាំងលេងល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយខ្មែរជាច្រើនដែរ រួមទាំងការតាំងផ្ទាំងព័ត៌មានបង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលការងារ៣០ឆ្នាំការអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។
លោក ទីណា បញ្ជាក់ថា ការរៀបចំភូមិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ផ្តោតលើគោលគំនិតសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា ផ្តល់ភាពសប្បាយរីករាយ ផ្តល់ការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះគំនិតស្មារតីថ្មីៗ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសមិទ្ធផលស្នាដៃសំខាន់ៗរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ ការតាំងបង្ហាញសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌទាំងរូបី និងអរូបីទាំងនេះ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញដល់មហាជន បណ្ដុះគំនិតឱ្យបានយល់ដឹងក្នុងកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍឱ្យចេះស្រឡាញ់ និងចូលរួមថែរក្សាការពារនូវសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិដែលមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាន៕

APSARA National Authority started organizing an exhibition area called Cultural Heritage Village in front of Angkor Wat, where APSARA cooperates with the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia to organize the Angkor Sankranta Event and 10th Anniversary of this Event, to be held from the 14th to 16th April 2023.
Mr. Tin Tina, Deputy Director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication and a member of the Angkor Sankranta Event Committee, said that the APSARA National Authority was also responsible for the project of organizing the “Cultural Heritage Village” program, which is one of 44 programs of the Angkor Sankranta Event. Mr. Tina added that on the occasion of the Angkor Sankranta 2023 under the theme “Dreams and Hopes”, the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia will organize the 10th anniversary of Angkor Sankranta in collaboration with the APSARA National Authority to organize a program called “Cultural Heritage Village” to celebrate the traditional Khmer New Year.
Mr. Tina added that this cultural heritage village would have a demonstration of tangible and intangible heritage by demonstrating the technique of paving stones to build the temple we could see these techniques were carved at the gallery of Bayon temple as well as the techniques of repairing the brick temple in the Angkor site, and the techniques of moving the stones. The intangible heritage such as how to make Khmer manuscripts, pottery, and carving. There will be a traditional music band and many traditional Khmer folk games, including a billboard displaying the achievements of 30 years of conservation, and sustainable development at the Angkor site.
Mr. Tina stated that the organization of the cultural heritage village focuses on the main concepts such as providing fun, education, new ideas, and promoting the important achievements of the APSARA National Authority. The exhibition of this tangible and intangible heritage shows the public to have an awareness of conservation and development as well as to love and participate in the preservation of priceless national heritage.
