នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ឯកឧត្តម ជា សុផារ៉ា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្តម លី ខឺឈាង នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ និងប្រគល់ទទួលគម្រោងជួសជុលប្រាសាទតាកែវ។ គម្រោងជួសជុលប្រាសាទតាកែវ ជាគម្រោងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិរវាងកម្ពុជានិងចិន អនុវត្តដោយក្រុមការងារនៃរដ្ឋាភិបាលចិនសម្រាប់ការអភិរក្សអង្គរហៅកាត់ថា CSA ដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើមពីឆ្នាំ២០១១ និងបញ្ចប់នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨។
ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ជា សុផារ៉ា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន តាមរយៈគោលនយោបាយ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីនានា នឹងបន្តចូលរួមកាន់តែសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស និងការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ឱ្យបានកាន់តែខ្លាំងក្លា ដូចដែលភាគីមិត្តបាននិងកំពុងធ្វើក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងទេសចរណ៍នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងការគាំទ្រភាពជាដៃគូអាស៊ាន-ចិន ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌអាស៊ានតាំងពីដើមរៀងមក។ ការជួយរបស់ចិនសម្រាប់កិច្ចការអភិរក្សប្រាសាទមានតាំងពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៣ មក ជាក់ស្ដែងគម្រោងជួសជុលប្រាសាទតាកែវ បានចាប់ផ្តើមពីឆ្នាំ ២០១១ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ ២០១៨ និងបន្តជួសជុលប្រាសាទដទៃទៀតក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។
ឯកឧត្តម ក៏មិនភ្លេចថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់មិត្តចិន ដែលបានផ្តល់វ៉ាក់សាំងកូវីដ១៩ សម្រាប់ចាក់ជូនប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដែលបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យកម្ពុជាអាចគ្រប់គ្រងវិបត្តិធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ និងជាសាកលបានយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស និងអាចចាប់ផ្តើមបើកប្រទេសឡើងវិញ ស្ដារបានជាបន្តបន្ទាប់នូវសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមប្រកបដោយបរិយាប័ន្ន។
ឯកឧត្តម លី ខឺឈាង នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន បានបង្ហាញស្មារតីស្មោះស្ម័គ្រចំពោះចំណងមិត្តភាពដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន។ ឯកឧត្តមមានប្រសាសន៍ថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកម្ពុជា-ចិនមានជាង១ពាន់ឆ្នាំមកហើយ តាមរយៈកំណត់ហេតុ និងសៀវភៅប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តជាច្រើននិយាយរឿងរ៉ាវនៃអារ្យធម៌ប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ហើយគម្រោងជួសជុលប្រាសាទតាកែវ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌអង្គការយូណេស្កូដែលបានជួយកម្ពុជាក្នុងការអភិរក្សមរតកវប្បធម៌របស់ខ្លួន។
ឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី មានសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមថា គម្រោងជួសជុលនេះនឹងផ្ដល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ច្រើនដល់កម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ និងការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរនៃអារ្យធម៌បណ្ដាប្រទេសនៅក្នុងពិភពលោក។ ចិនគាំទ្រ នឹងបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយបណ្ដាប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងការអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងជួយជំរុញផ្ដាស់ប្ដូរសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌ ដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្សារភ្ជាប់គ្នារវាងប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន។ ឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីសង្ឃឹមថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិកម្ពុជា-ចិន នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ និងធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជននិងប្រជាជន ស្វែងយល់ពីអារ្យធម៌ពីគ្នាថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀត៕
On 10 November 2022, H.E Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, High Representative of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, presided over the handover ceremony of Takeo Temple Restoration Project. The Takeo Temple Restoration Project was an international cooperation project between Cambodia and China implemented by the Chinese Government Team for Safeguarding Angkor (CSA), which started in 2011 and ended in 2018.
H.E Chea Sophara said that the People’s Republic of China, through its policies and bilateral cooperation, will continue to play a more active role in the conservation and protection of cultural heritage, as the two sides have been doing in economic, trade, and tourism development in the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as supporting for the ASEAN-China partnership within the ASEAN framework from the beginning. Chinese assistance for the preservation of the temple dates back to 1993, with the Takeo Temple Restoration Project running from 2011 to 2018 and the restoration of other temples at the Angkor site.
H.E Chea Sophara also did not forget to thank the Chinese friend who provided the vaccines for Covid-19 to the Cambodian people, which allowed Cambodia to quickly manage the global crisis and be able to start reopening the country and continuously restore the socio-economic situation.
H.E Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, expressed his sincerity towards the deep ties between Cambodia and China. He said that Cambodia-China cooperation has been going on for more than a thousand years, through many diaries and history books telling the story of the two countries’ civilizations. And the project to restore the Takeo temple is under the auspices of UNESCO, which has helped Cambodia to preserve its cultural heritage.
H.E Li Keqiang is optimistic that the restoration project will bring many benefits to Cambodia, as well as cooperation between the two countries and the exchange of civilizations in the world. China will continue cooperating with Cambodia to preserve temples and promote economic and cultural exchanges to promote people-to-people ties. He hoped that Cambodian-Chinese cooperation will make a significant contribution and make the people and the people understand civilization to another level.
