នៅរសៀល ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ១រោច ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីក្រុងពាលីនៃព្រះរាជពិធីបួងសួងចម្រើនសេចក្តីសុខជូនព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្តទឹកដីអច្ឆរិយនៃកម្ពុជា។ ពិធីក្រុងពាលីនៃព្រះរាជពិធីបួងសួងចម្រើនសេចក្តីសុខជូនព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព សម្តេចមហាមន្ត្រី គុយ សុផល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងព្រះបរមរាជវាំង និងជាឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាឥស្សរជនជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា៕

On April 13, 2025, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority, participated in a blessing ceremony at Angkor Wat in preparation for an upcoming Royal Ceremony dedicated to praying for the happiness of Cambodia. The event was presided over by H.E. Kuy Sophal, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Royal Palace, and Supreme Advisor to the King, alongside H.E. Hun Mani, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, as well as other senior officials from the Royal Government of Cambodia. The ceremony emphasized the nation’s commitment to cultural heritage and national well-being.
