លោក យិន លាង ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនផ្នែកគំនូរបុរាណ បានឱ្យដឹងថា ការបង្រៀនគំនូរបុរាណដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំង១៤នាក់ នៅគ្រាដំបូងៗមានការលំបាកខ្លះដែរ ព្រោះពួកគេគ្មានមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះផ្នែកនេះ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ក្រោយពីបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជិតមួយឆ្នាំមកនេះ ឃើញថាសិក្ខាកាមបានយល់ដឹងនិងចេះគូរគំនូរបុរាណបានលទ្ធផលល្អប្រសើរច្រើនដែលធ្វើឱ្យលោកជាគ្រូបង្គោលមានចិត្តសោមនស្សក្រៃលែង។ ការបង្រៀននេះសោត លោកបង្រៀនសិស្សឱ្យស្គាល់ពីក្បាច់ខ្មែរ និងក្បួនខ្នាតតាមលំនាំគំនូរបុរាណនៅតាមថែវព្រះវិហារព្រះកែវមរតក ដោយដកស្រង់រូបតួអង្គសំខាន់ៗនៅក្នុងរឿងរាមកេរ្តិ៍។
លោក យិន លាង បានសំណូមពរដល់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងស្ថានប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដូចជាអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ សូមឱ្យគម្រោងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈដូនតា ខាងគំនូរបុរាណនេះអាចបន្តដំណើរបានរយៈពេល១ឆ្នាំទៅមុខថែមទៀត ដើម្បីឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមដែលកំពុងរៀនជំនាញនេះ រៀនសូត្រឱ្យបានជ្រៅជ្រះ និងទូលំទូលាយ។ លោកយល់ថា គំនូរបុរាណមានសារសំខាន់ ដែលមិនត្រឹមតែផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យកូនខ្មែរជំនាន់ក្រោយបានយល់ដឹង ហើយក្លាយទៅជាអ្នកបន្តវេនពីដូនតាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជួយឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមានចំណេះយកទៅបង្កើតជាមុខរបរដើម្បីចិញ្ចឹមជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
លោក វ៉ាន់ ពន្លឺ អាយុ៤៣ឆ្នាំ ជាសិក្ខាកាមផ្នែកគំនូរបុរាណ និយាយថា លោកត្រេកអរនៅពេលដែលមានគ្រូមកបង្រៀនគំនូរបុរាណក្នុងតំបន់ដែលគាត់រស់នៅ។ លោកមានចិត្តស្រឡាញ់គំនូរបុរាណ រួមជាមួយឆន្ទៈ និងទេពកោសល្យពីកំណើតផង ក្រោយពេលទទួលបានការបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនពីគ្រូជំនាញផងកាន់តែជួយជំរុញឱ្យលោកបានយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់ពីមួយជំហានទៅមួយជំហាន និងអាចអភិវឌ្ឍចំណេះដឹងបានប្រសើរឡើងថែមទៀត។ ក្នុងរយៈពេលជិត១ឆ្នាំមកនេះ លោក ពន្លឺ បានរៀនគំនូរបុរាណយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ យល់ដឹងពីក្បួនខ្នាត និងលក្ខណៈនៃក្បាច់ ហើយនៅពេលលោកសម្លឹងមើលគំនូរបុរាណ គឺកាន់តែធ្វើឱ្យលោកចាប់អារម្មណ៍ ដក់ជាប់ក្នុងចិត្ត និងមានចិត្តស្ងប់ថែមទៀតផង។
ចំណែកអ្នកស្រី ឡាច ពឿត អាយុ៣៧ឆ្នាំ គឺជាសិក្ខាកាមម្នាក់ទៀត បានប្រាប់ថា ការណ៍ដែលអ្នកស្រីបានជ្រើសរើសរៀនគំនូរបុរាណ ព្រោះអ្នកស្រីស្រលាញ់ក្បូរក្បាច់នៅតាមប្រាសាទ ដែលវាតែងដក់ជាប់ចិត្តជានិច្ច ចង់គូរ ចង់រៀន ពេលដែលមានឱកាសរៀនទើបចូលរៀនដោយមិនស្ទាក់ស្ទើរ។ ដ្បិតគ្មានមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះលើផ្នែកនេះតែដោយចិត្តស្រលាញ់ អ្នកស្រីបានខិតខំរៀនសូត្រពីលោកគ្រូបង្គោលទាំងទ្រឹស្តី និងអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ រហូតអាចគូរបានដោយលទ្ធផលល្អប្រសើរ និងមានបំណងប្រើចំណេះដឹងនេះដើម្បីគូរគំនូរសម្រាប់លក់ទៀតផង៕

For nearly a year, the APSARA National Authority and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts have collaborated on the Ancestral Heritage Vocational Training Project, offering a “Mural Painting” training course to residents of Run Ta Ek Techo Sen City. Conducted at the headquarters of the Run Ta Ek Eco Village Management Unit, the program currently includes 14 participants.
This initiative aims to preserve and pass on traditional knowledge to future generations, as mural painting is a valuable cultural heritage that Cambodians must safeguard and continue.
Mr. Yin Leang, the mural painting instructor, shared that teaching the participants was initially challenging due to their lack of prior experience. However, after nearly a year of training, the trainees have shown significant improvement. They now demonstrate a solid understanding of techniques and are able to produce much better mural artworks, which he finds deeply rewarding as a teacher.
During the course, students learn about traditional Khmer styles and artistic principles, drawing inspiration from mural paintings found in the galleries of Preah Keo Morodok Temple, including depictions of important characters from classical epics.
Mr. Yin Leang also expressed his hope that the government and relevant institutions will continue supporting the project for at least another year. Extended training, he believes, would allow participants to gain deeper and more comprehensive skills. Beyond cultural preservation, mural painting can also provide practical opportunities for income generation and sustainable livelihoods.
Mr. Vann Ponleu, 43, one of the trainees, expressed his appreciation for having access to such training in his community. With a natural interest and talent in mural painting, he found that learning from an experienced instructor helped him better understand the techniques step by step. After nearly a year of study, he has developed a deeper appreciation for traditional styles. Observing ancient murals has further strengthened his passion and brought him a sense of calm and fulfillment.
Similarly, Ms. Lach Puet, 37, shared that her love for the intricate designs found in temple murals inspired her to enroll in the course. Despite having no prior background, her dedication and enthusiasm enabled her to steadily improve through both theoretical and practical lessons. She now produces quality work and hopes to use her newly acquired skills to create paintings for sale.
