នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី០៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នាទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាល អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំពិធីសូត្រមន្តប្រោះព្រំ ប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល ដើម្បីទទួលអំណរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ឈានចូលព.ស.២៥៧០ នឹងខិតចូលមកដល់ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។ ពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួម ពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយក អគ្គនាយករង ទីប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
នៅក្នុងពិធីសូត្រមន្តប្រោះព្រំ ប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គលនាឱកាសនោះ មានការនិមន្តសូត្រមន្តប្រោះព្រំ និងផ្តល់ឱវាទដោយសម្ដេចព្រះព្រហ្មរតនមុនី ពិន សែម សិរីសុវណ្ណោ គណៈមហានិកាយ ជាឧត្តមទីប្រឹក្សាគណៈសង្ឃនាយក និងជាព្រះចៅអធិការវត្ដរាជបូណ៌ ក្រុងសៀមរាប ព្រមទាំងការនិមន្តចូលរួមពីព្រះសុមង្គលសិលាចារ្យ ជុំ គឹមឡេង ព្រះមេគណខេត្ត រួមទាំងព្រះសង្ឃជាច្រើនអង្គ។
បន្ទាប់ពីពិធីសូត្រមន្តប្រោះព្រំ ប្រសិទ្ធពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ មានប្រសាសន៍សំណេះសំណាលសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងជូនពរជ័យដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និងបុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលបានខិតខំរួមគ្នាបំពេញតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចការងារអស់រយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនេះ៕

On the morning of Monday, April 6, 2026, the APSARA National Authority held a traditional blessing ceremony at its headquarters to mark the upcoming Khmer New Year.
The ceremony was presided over by Hang Peou, Director-General of APSARA National Authority, and attended by Deputy Director-Generals, as well as numerous officials, staff, and workers.
During the ceremony, sacred prayers and words of guidance were delivered by Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem, a member of the Supreme Council of Buddhism in the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Chum Kim Leng, Chief Monk of the Mohanikaya Sect in Siem Reap Province.
Following the blessing ritual, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou delivered a speech expressing his appreciation and extending his warmest wishes to all leaders, officials, and staff. He commended their dedication and collective efforts in fulfilling their duties over the past year.
