នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ឯកឧត្តម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចូលរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ប្រារព្ធពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទ សម្តេច នរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះវររាជបិតាឯករាជ្យ បូរណភាពទឹកដី និងឯកភាពជាតិខ្មែរ “ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ” ជាទីគោរពសក្ការៈដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត។
សូមថ្វាយមហាព្រះរាជកុសល ខួបគម្រប់ ១៣ព្រះវស្សា នៃការយាងសោយព្រះទិវង្គត របស់ព្រះករុណា សម្តេចព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះវររាជបិតាឯករាជ្យបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងឯកភាពជាតិខ្មែរ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ (១៥ តុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ – ១៥ តុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥) នាថ្ងៃពុធ ៨រោច ខែអស្សុជ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ចងចាំជានិច្ចនូវរាល់ស្នាព្រះហស្ថ ព្រះរាជបូជនីយកិច្ច និងគុណូបការៈដ៏ធំធេង របស់ព្រះអង្គ ដែលបានលះបង់ព្រះកាយពល ព្រះបញ្ញាញាណ ដើម្បីបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាព្រះរាជកិច្ចដាក់បញ្ចូលតំបន់អង្គរជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោករហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ៕

On 15 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Kim Sothin, Deputy Director General of the APSARA National Authority, representing H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General, led a delegation to join the Siem Reap Provincial Administration in a ceremony to pay respects to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk on the 13th anniversary of his passing, held at the Royal Residence in Siem Reap.
On this solemn occasion, the APSARA National Authority expresses its deepest gratitude and reverence to the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk — the Father of Independence and the Unifier of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The APSARA National Authority will forever remember His Majesty’s invaluable contributions, including his leadership in achieving Cambodia’s independence from France and his vision in inscribing Angkor on the UNESCO World Heritage List — a legacy that continues to inspire the nation to this day.
