ថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្តដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅអគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បាននាំយកអំណោយចែកជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹក នៃសមរភូមិសង្គ្រាម បង្កឡើងដោយប្រទេសថៃចូលឈ្លានពានដែនដីកម្ពុជា ចំនួន៩៨គ្រួសារ នៅទីសុវត្ថិភាពមកពីខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ បន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ដែលមកស្នាក់នៅជាមួយបងប្អូនក្នុងភូមិទាំង១២ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ក្របីរៀល ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
ឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ទុក្ខលំបាករបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលកំពុងជួបនូវទុក្ខលំបាក គឺជាក្តីកង្វល់របស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដែលសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តែងតែគិតគូរជានិច្ច និងបានស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយមួយដ៏ល្អប្រសើរជូនបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា អំណោយដែលចែកជូននាពេលនេះមានដូចជា អង្ករ មី ទឹកត្រី ទឹកស៊ីអ៊ីវ។
អំណោយជាសម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ទាំងអស់ខាងលើ គឺសុទ្ធសឹងជាតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ៕

On July 30, 2025, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, the Director General of the APSARA National Authority, delivered food assistance to 98 families displaced by the conflict stemming from Thailand’s invasion of Cambodia. These families had sought refuge with relatives in 12 villages within Sangkat Krabei Riel, Siem Reap province, after fleeing their homes in Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey, and Preah Vihear provinces.
During the distribution of aid, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou expressed that the hardships faced by these residents are a priority concern for the leadership, particularly for Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, who is dedicated to finding effective solutions for those in need.
The food aid included essential items such as rice, instant noodles, fish sauce, and soy sauce, aimed at supporting the daily nutritional needs of the affected families.
