អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ (Korean Heritage Agency ) បាននិងកំពុងជួសជុលជ្រុងឦសាន នៃរួតបាកានប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដែលបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងដំណើរការ ទៅតាមការគ្រោងទុក។
លោក Kim Dongmin អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងការដ្ឋានជួសជុល នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ បានឱ្យដឹងថាគម្រោងជួសជុលជ្រុងឦសាននៃរួតបាកាន បានចាប់ផ្តើមនៅ២០២៥ បន្ទាប់ពីប្រើពេលមួយឆ្នាំ គឺឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដើម្បីស្រាវជ្រាវ និងសិក្សាពីបច្ចេកទេសដើម្បីដំណើរការជួសជុល។ មន្រ្តីកូរ៉េរូបនេះបញ្ជាក់ថា គម្រោងនឹងបញ្ចប់ទាំងស្រុងនៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងការដ្ឋានជួសជុល លោក Kim Dongmin បានបង្ហាញមោទនភាពចំពោះ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក្នុងការជួសជុលប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដែលជាប្រាសាទដ៏ស្កឹមស្កៃ និងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ប្រជាជាតិកម្ពុជា។ លោករំពឹងថា ទៅអនាគតស្ថាប័នកូរ៉េ នឹងបន្តចូលរួមលើកិច្ចការអភិរក្សក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរបន្តបន្ទាប់ទៀត ក្នុងន័យចូលរួមថែរក្សាសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌របស់ពិភពលោកមួយនេះ ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងគង់វង្ស។
លោក ឃាម មុនី មន្រ្តីបច្ចេកទេសនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលចូលរួមក្នុងគម្រោងជួសជុលខាងលើ បានលើកឡើងថា ស្ថានភាពខឿនថ្ម និងជណ្ដើរជ្រុងឦសាន មុនពេលជួសជុល មានការញែក និងរហែក ដែលមើលទៅមានហានិភ័យខ្ពស់គួរឱ្យបារម្ភជាខ្លាំង។ ចំពោះបច្ចេកទេសជួសជុលវិញ ក្រុមការងារបានចាប់ផ្តើមរើថ្ម និងរៀបចំពង្រឹងឡើងវិញ ពីមួយស្រទាប់ទៅមួយស្រទាប់ដោយធានាពីភាពរឹងមាំទៅអនាគត។ បច្ចេកទេសនេះត្រូវបានលោក មុនី អះអាងថា គោរពតាមអនុសាសន៍យ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវ របស់អ្នកជំនាញការអាដហុក អាយស៊ីស៊ី-អង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក។

The restoration project for the northeast corner of Angkor Wat’s Bakan Tower is progressing well, thanks to the collaboration between the APSARA National Authority and the Korean Heritage Agency. The project began in 2025, following a year of research on restoration techniques in 2024, with an expected completion date set for the end of 2026.
Mr. Kim Dongmin, the project manager from the Korean Heritage Agency, expressed pride in working alongside the APSARA National Authority to restore Angkor Wat, a significant cultural symbol for Cambodia. He emphasized the intention of the Korean agency to continue contributing to conservation efforts at the Angkor site, ensuring its preservation as a world cultural heritage.
Technical officer Mr. Khem Mony from the APSARA National Authority highlighted the urgent need for restoration, noting that the platform and stairs of the northeast corner were cracked and at high risk prior to the work commencing. The restoration team is carefully moving stones and reinforcing them layer by layer, adhering to recommendations from ICC-Angkor/Sambor Prei Kuk experts.
The restoration site was officially opened in February 2025 during a ceremony attended by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of the APSARA National Authority, along with various officials and workers involved in the project.
