នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបិទសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី កម្មវិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរយុវជនវប្បធម៌លើការគ្រប់គ្រងបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ ដែលជាសិក្ខាសាលាអន្តរជាតិ រៀបចំឡើងដោយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងគាំទ្រដោយមូលនិធិសហប្រតិបត្តិការពិសេសមេគង្គ-ឡានឆាង។
ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចាត់ទុកសិក្ខាសាលានេះថាមានសារសំខាន់ ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងបេតិកភណ្ឌកំពុងធ្វើការងារនៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌផ្សេងគ្នា អាចសិក្សា និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពីការងារគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ ពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។ ចំពោះរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយក បានលើកឡើងថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានធ្វើការងារជាច្រើន ដើម្បីកិច្ចការងារគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ក៏ដូចជាដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
ជាមួយគ្នានោះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយក បានកោតសរសើរចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ សិក្ខាកាមទាំង៣ប្រទេស មានកម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ ពីដើមរហូតដល់ចុងបញ្ចប់។ ឯកឧត្តមយល់ថា ការបណ្ដុះធនធាននៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌ ពិតជាមាន សារសំខាន់ណាស់ ព្រោះថាកិច្ចការអភិរក្សជាកិច្ចការយូរអង្វែង និងត្រូវការធនធានជាច្រើន។ សម្រាប់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ បច្ចុប្បន្នតាមរយៈមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលអង្គរ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា គឺបានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជាច្រើន ទាំងការងារអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ ទឹក ទេសចរណ៍ និងសហគមន៍ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យមន្រ្តី និងបុគ្គលិកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ មានសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រាន់ អាចម្ចាស់ការលើកិច្ចការផ្សេងៗនាពេលអនាគត។
លោកស្រី LI Ji ទីប្រឹក្សា និងជាតំណាងស្ថានទូតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ថ្លែងថា ប្រទេសចិនពិតជាមាន មោទនភាពណាស់ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកគាំទ្រដោយសិក្ខាសាលាមួយនេះ ក្នុងគោលដៅគាំទ្រដល់សហគមន៍ នៅតាមបណ្ដាប្រទេសទន្លេមេគង្គ ដូចជាកម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម។ លោកស្រីរំពឹងថា សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ នឹងប្រើប្រាស់ចំណេះដឹងដែលបានសិក្សារយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃមកនេះ ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋានសហគមន៍ នៅក្នុងតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌរបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពផងដែរ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានរយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃ គឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ និងមានសិក្ខាកាម៣០រូបចូលរួម។ ក្រៅពីសិក្សា និងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ទ្រឹស្តី សិក្ខាកាមចូលរួម ចុះតាមការដ្ឋានមួយចំនួន ដូចជានៅរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ រមណីយដ្ឋានប្រាសាទសំបូរព្រៃគុក និងរមណីយដ្ឋានប្រាសាទកោះកេរ។ ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរជាតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌមានជីវិត គឺមានសហគមន៍មនុស្ស ក៏ដូចជាមរតករូបី និងអរូបីជាច្រើន ដែលធ្វើឱ្យរមណីយដ្ឋាននេះ ជាបេតិកភណ្ឌមានជីវិត។ អ្នកជំនាញពីតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកពីប្រទេសឡាវ និងវៀតណាម ក៏បានចូលរួមចែករំលែកពីកិច្ចការគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេផងដែរ៕

On February 19, 2025, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, participated in the closing ceremony of an international workshop focused on the Youth Cultural Exchange Program for World Heritage Management and Community Development. This event was organized by the APSARA National Authority and supported by the Mekong-Lancang Special Cooperation Fund.
During the ceremony, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou emphasized the significance of the workshop, highlighting its role in enabling heritage officials from various regions to exchange knowledge and experiences in community management and development. He noted that the APSARA National Authority has made substantial progress in managing and developing local communities around the Angkor site, while also adapting to contemporary challenges.
H.E. Dr. Hang Peou commended the dedication of participants from Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam, who engaged fully throughout the 10-day workshop. He acknowledged that resource development in heritage areas is crucial, as conservation is a long-term commitment that demands significant resources. He pointed out that through the Angkor Training Center, the APSARA National Authority organizes numerous training courses covering topics such as temple conservation, water management, tourism, and community engagement. These initiatives aim to equip officials and staff with the necessary skills for future responsibilities.
Ms. LI Ji, Counselor and Representative of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, expressed pride in China’s contribution to the workshop, which supports community development in Mekong countries including Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. She encouraged participants to apply the knowledge gained during the workshop to enhance their communities’ development efforts.
The workshop spanned from February 10 to 19, 2025, with 30 participants involved. In addition to theoretical learning and experience sharing, attendees had the opportunity to visit significant heritage sites such as Angkor, Sambor Prei Kuk, and Koh Ker. The Angkor site was highlighted as a living heritage site, characterized by its vibrant human community and a wealth of tangible and intangible heritages. Experts from World Heritage Sites in Laos and Vietnam also contributed by sharing insights into their community management and development practices.
