អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោកបានប្រគល់ការដ្ឋានអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលចំនួន៣ ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរជូនអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាគ្រប់គ្រងវិញ បន្ទាប់ពីជួសជុលរួចរាល់
អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក(World Monument Fund)របស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានធ្វើពិធីរំលឹកខួបលើកទី៣៥ឆ្នាំ នៃបេសកកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនព្រមទាំងពិធីប្រគល់ និងទទួលជួសជុលការដ្ឋានប្រាសាទចំនួន៣ ក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរជូនអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាគ្រប់គ្រងវិញ កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមករាឆ្នាំ២០២៤។
ពិធីប្រគល់ការដ្ឋានជួសជុលចំនួន៣នោះ មាន ប្រាសាទតាសោម ប្រាសាទព្រះខ័ន និងរោងទងនៃចម្លាក់សមុទ្រកូទឹកដោះរបស់ប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់លោកជំទាវ បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយក នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងមន្ត្រីជាច្រើនរូប ព្រមទាំងដៃគូនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងការជួសជុល និងអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណជាច្រើនស្ថាប័នទៀត។
លោកជំទាវ បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ បានថ្លែងនៅក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់ការដ្ឋានជួសជុលចំនួន៣មកឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាគ្រប់គ្រងវិញនោះថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នឹងបន្តថែរក្សាប្រាសាទទាំង៣នេះ ហើយកម្ពុជានឹងចងចាំជារៀងរហូតចំពោះការរួមចំណែករបស់មូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក(World Monument Fund)ក្នុងការជួយការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជា ហើយកម្ពុជាក៏រង់ចាំបន្តធ្វើការជាមួយអង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោកក្នុងវិស័យទូលំទូលាយដូចជា ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជំនាញស្តីពី ការអភិរក្ស វេទិកាយុវជនសម្រាប់ការគ្រប់គ្រងបេតិកភណ្ឌ ការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកបុរាណវិទ្យា និងសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នាដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជាដើម។
ចំណែកប្រធាន និងជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិរបស់អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោករបស់សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក អ្នកស្រី Benedicte De Montlaur បានថ្លែងថា ការចូលរួមរបស់(World Monument Fund )ក្នុងការងារជួសជុលប្រាសាទនៅរមណីដ្ឋានអង្គរបានចាប់ផ្តើមតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៨៩ជាមួយនឹងបេសកកម្មចុះវាល ដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃស្ថានភាពនៃប្រាសាទ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបតាមការស្នើសុំរបស់អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រព្រះបាទនរោត្តម សីហនុ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកអង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោកក៏បានបង្កើតកម្មវិធីអភិរក្ស និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដ៏ទូលំទូលាយ ដោយជួយបំពេញបន្ថែមទៅលើកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទវិចិត្រ សិល្បៈ(RUFA) ដែលទើបនឹងបើកឡើងវិញនាពេលនោះ៕

The handover ceremony of the conservation and restoration site at the Angkor Archeological Park under the cooperation between the World Monument Fund and the APSARA National Authority
The World Monument Fund of the United States commemorates the 35th anniversary of its mission and the handover of three conservation and restoration sites at Angkor Park to the APSARA National Authority on 26 January 2024.
The handover ceremony of the three restoration sites, Ta Som Temple, Preah Khan Temple, and Angkor Wat’s Eastern Gallery, was presided over by H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, and H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority as well as many officials and partners in cooperation of the restoration and conservation of ancient temples.
H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona stated that the APSARA National Authority will continue to maintain these three temples and Cambodia will forever remember the contribution of the World Monument Fund to the protection of Cambodia’s national heritage, and Cambodia looks forward to continuing to work with the World Monument Fund on a wide range of issues, including the exchange of skills on conservation, youth forums for heritage management, archeological research, joint workshops to share experiences and so on.
Benedicte De Montlaur, President and CEO of the World Monument Fund, said that the World Monument Fund’s involvement in the restoration of the Angkor site began in 1989 with a field mission to assess the temple situation in response to the request of the Late King Norodom Sihanouk, and then the World Monument Fund has developed a comprehensive conservation and training program to complement the efforts of the Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA), which just reopened at that time.
