ក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញមកពីស្ថានប័នGIZ នៃប្រទេសអាល្លឺមង់កំពុងខិតខំយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ក្នុងការជួយបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញដល់សិក្ខាកាមខ្មែរចំនួន២០រូប ដើម្បីឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកអភិរក្សថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណនៅក្នុងរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប នៅពេលអនាគតខាងមុខ។
គ្រូបង្រៀនជនជាតិអាល្លឺម៉ង់ កញ្ញា Helen Jacobsen មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងពេលដែលនាំសិក្ខាកាមចុះអនុវត្តន៍ផ្ទាល់នៅការដ្ឋានថា កញ្ញាកំពុងប្រឹងប្រែងបង្រៀនកូនខ្មែរឱ្យចេះលាងសម្អាតថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណ ចេះបន្សាបជាតិអំបិលចេញពីថ្ម ព្រមទាំងចេះជំនាញពង្រឹងថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណឱ្យរឹងមាំឡើងវិញផង។
កញ្ញា Helen Jacobsen មានប្រសាសន៍ទៀតថា ជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណនេះ មានដូចជា ការលាងសម្អាតថ្មដោយប្រើទឹក និងការលាងដោយប្រើសារជាតិគីមីជាដើម។ សិក្ខាកាមខ្មែរចំនួន២០រូប ដែលជ្រើសរើសចេញពីបុគ្គលិក និងមន្ត្រីនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាមកពីតាមបណ្ដាផ្នែកនានានោះ កំពុងប្រឹងប្រែងយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្មនេះ រយៈពេលជាង១ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ស្ថាប័ន GIZ អាល្លឺម៉ងឱ្យដឹងថា វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្មជំនាន់ទី២នេះ មានកម្មវិធីដែលត្រូវសិក្សាទាំងអស់ចំនួន១៣។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ក្រុមសិក្ខាកាមបានសិក្សាដល់កម្មវិធីទី៧ហើយ។ ស្ថាប័ន GIZ អាល្លឺម៉ង់រំពឹងថា នៅអំឡុងពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ២០២៤ខាងមុខ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្មជំនាន់ទី២អាចនឹងបញ្ចប់ ហើយនៅពេលអនាគតខ្មែរនឹងមានអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកអភិរក្សថ្ម ប្រាសាទបុរាណបានកើនឡើងមួយចំនួនថែមទៀត។
មន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេសនាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងបុរាណវិទ្យានៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោក រីក រ៉េត ឱ្យដឹងថា វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញផ្នែកអភិរក្សថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណ ដែលមានរយៈពេលជាង២ឆ្នាំនេះ គឺជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័ន GIZ អាល្លឺម៉ង់ជាមួយនិងនាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងបុរាណវិទ្យានៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ លោក រីក រ៉េត យល់ថា វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ មានសារសំខាន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដែលអាចផ្ដល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងឡាយឱ្យយកចំណេះដឹងទាំងនេះទៅប្រើប្រាស់លើការងារថែរក្សា និងការពារប្រាសាទបុរាណនៅតាមកន្លែងផ្សេងៗសម្រាប់ពេលអនាគត ហើយពួកគេក៏អាចផ្សព្វផ្សាយជំនាញនេះទៅកាន់កូនខ្មែរជំនាន់ក្រោយឱ្យចេះដឹងកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយផងដែរ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ស្ថាប័ន GIZ អាល្លឺម៉ង់ ធ្លាប់បានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញអភិរក្សថ្ម ប្រាសាទបុរាណនេះម្ដងមកហើយ ដោយសិក្ខាកាមជំនាន់ទី១នោះ បានក្លាយទៅជាក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញខ្មែរ និងកំពុងយកជំនាញទាំងនេះទៅអនុវត្តន៍ការងារនៅតាមប្រាសាទបុរាណនានាយ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវ៕

By mid-2024, Cambodia will have more experts in the conservation of ancient temples
Experts from the GIZ of Germany are working hard to help train 20 Cambodian trainees to become experts in the conservation of ancient stones at the Angkor site shortly.
Ms. Helen Jacobsen, a German teacher, said during a field trip that she was teaching Cambodian trainees how to clean ancient stones, how to neutralize salt, and how to strengthen ancient stones.
Helen says the conservation skills of the ancient temples include water-based stone cleaning and chemical washing. 20 Cambodian trainees recruited from the staff and officials of APSARA National Authority from various departments have been working hard on this stone conservation skill for more than a year. According to GIZ, this stone conservation training course has a total of 13 programs to study. Currently, the participants have studied the seventh program. GIZ expects that by mid-2024, the second generation of stone conservation training course may finish, and in the future, Cambodia will have an additional number of ancient stone conservationists.
The technical officer of the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology of the APSARA National Authority, Mr. Rik Reth, said that the two-year training course on the preservation of ancient temples is a collaboration between the GIZ and the Department of Conservation of Monuments and Preventive Archaeology of APSARA National Authority. Mr. Reth believes that this training is very important that can benefit the trainees to apply this knowledge to the maintenance and protection of ancient temples in various places for the future, and they can also promote this skill to the next generation of Cambodians to know more.
It should be noted that in 2013, GIZ of Germany cooperated with APSARA National Authority to hold a training course on the stone conservation of ancient temples, as the first generation of trainees became Cambodian experts and are applying these skills at the restoration sites properly.
