នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិត មកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យហាវ៉ៃ នៃសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដោយមាននិស្សិតចូលរួមមកពីសាលាភូមិន្ទវិចិត្រសិល្បៈនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ហ្វីលីពីន តៃវ៉ាន់ និងថៃ ចំនួន៣៧រូប សហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានមកចូលរួមធ្វើកំណាយស្រាវជ្រាវបុរាណវិទ្យាមួយ នៅបរិវេណវត្តកោះកែវជុលាមុនីព្រះធម្មចេតិយ (ហៅវត្តចេតិយ) ស្ថិតក្នុងសង្កាត់សំបួរ ក្រុងសៀមរាប ខេត្តសៀមរាប។
លោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី បុរាណវិទូ និងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ និងសម្របសម្រួលការងារ ជូនលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ និងនិស្សិត ដែលមកចូលរួមធ្វើការស្រាវជ្រាវរួមគ្នានេះ។ នេះជាឱកាសដ៏ល្អមួយបង្ហាញពីទំនាក់ទំនងផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត សិក្សាអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សជាលក្ខណៈអន្តរជាតិ លើវិស័យបុរាណវិទ្យា ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានសហការជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យហាវ៉ៃ នៃសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌនៃគម្រោងសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរក្រោយសម័យអង្គរ។ លោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី បានបន្ថែមថា បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ អង្គរបានក្លាយជាមន្ទីរពិសោធន៍អន្តរជាតិ ដែលអ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ បានមកទទួលការហ្វឹកហ្វឺន និងហាត់ការ។

In collaboration with the APSARA National Authority, professors and students from national and international universities participated the archeological excavation site at Wat Chet Dei in Siem Reap.
On the morning of 23 June 2023, 37 professors and students from the University of Hawaii, USA, with students from the Royal University of Fine Arts of Cambodia, in collaboration with the APSARA National Authority, participated the archaeological excavation at Wat Chet Dei in Sangkat Sambour, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province.
Mr. Im Sokrithy, Archaeologist and Director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication of APSARA National Authority, welcomed and facilitated the work of professors and students who came to participate in this joint research. This was an excellent opportunity to showcase the international relations of science, education, and training of human resources in the field of archeology, which the APSARA Authority has partnered with the University of Hawaii of the United States of America as part of a research project on post-Angkorian Khmer history. Mr. Im Sokrithy added that Angkor has now become an international laboratory where national and international researchers come to receive training and internships.
It should be noted that this archeological excavation lasts for three weeks, starting from 23 June 2023, to study the structure of the pagoda, and the excavation focuses on the ancient life of the people as well as the social and economic activities in the past.
