អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាតាមរយៈនាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ និងបុរាណវិទ្យាបង្ការ កំពុងបង្ហើយការងារនៅការដ្ឋានជួសជុលច្រាំងកសិន្ធុអង្គរវត្តខាងលិច ប៉ែកខាងត្បូងនៃស្ពានហាលជំហានទី២ ដែលនឹងបញ្ចប់នាពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
លោក សន ចាន់ថន បុរាណវិទូ មានឱ្យដឹងថា គម្រោងជួសជុលជំហានទី២នេះសម្រេចបានជាង៩០ភាគរយហើយ ដោយគ្រោងនឹងបញ្ចប់នៅក្នុងសប្ដាហ៍នេះ។ លោកបន្តថា ជំហានទី២នេះមានប្រវែងសរុប ៦០ម៉ែត្រ ខណៈជំហានទី១ មានប្រវែង ៨០ម៉ែត្រ ដែលសរុប ១៤០ម៉ែត្រ។
តាមការបញ្ជាក់ពីលោក សន ចាន់ថន ការជួសជុលជំហានទី២នេះ ផ្នែកខ្លះមានការបាក់បែកច្រើនដោយត្រូវជួសជុល និងពង្រឹងជើងច្រាំងកសិន្ធុកុំឱ្យស្រុតធ្លាក់បន្តទៀត។ ការជួសជុលនេះ បានចាប់ផ្តើមពីខែ មីនាមក ដោយការដ្ឋានមិនបានធ្វើទំនប់ស្ទាក់ទឹកដូចការជួសជុលជំហានទី១ទេ ដោយសារជើងច្រាំងកសិន្ធុនៅទីនេះ នៅល្អប្រសើរ ហើយកន្លែងដែលរលុះខ្លាំង ក្រុមការងារជួសជុលបានដាក់ដីទប់ជើងច្រាំង ដោយមានក្រាលគ្រឹះថ្មពីក្រោមផង។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោក សន ចាន់ថន បានលើកឡើងថា ក្រោយបញ្ចប់ការងារនេះរួច ក៏មានគម្រោងសម្រាប់ជួសជុលបន្តទៀតដែរ តែត្រូវរង់ចាំការសម្រេចពីថ្នាក់លើ និងថវិកាសម្រាប់ការងារនេះសិន៕

APSARA National Authority will finish the second phase of the restoration work of Angkor Wat’s embankment on the southwest of the causeway soon.
Archaeologist Sorn Chanthon said that so far, 90 percent of the restoration work has been completed and was scheduled to finish by this week. He added that the second phase project has a total length of 60 meters, while the first one has a length of 80 meters, a total of 140 meters.
According to Mr. Sorn Chanthon, in the restoration work of the second phase, some parts were dilapidated due to age and needed to strengthen the foundation of the embankment to prevent further landslides. The restoration work started in March, as the construction site did not need a dam like the first one, because the platform of the embankment here was still good, and the restoration team only put the soil to support the dilapidated parts.
At the same time, Mr. Sorn Chanthon said that after the completion of this work, there are also restoration plans for other parts of the embankment, but we have to wait for a decision from our superiors and budget for this work.
