ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅភូមិគោកថ្មី ឃុំពួក ស្រុកពួក ខេត្តសៀមរាប បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្តយកកុលាលភាជន៍សម័យបុរេប្រវត្តិចំនួន៦ ប្រគល់ជូនអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាដើម្បីសម្អាតជួសជុល និងថែរក្សាទុកតាមបច្ចេកទេសបុរាណវិទ្យា នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២២។
លោកស្រី ភឿង ផាវី ដែលជាម្ចាស់បានឱ្យដឹងថា កុលាលភាជន៍ចំនួន៦នេះ គឺលោកស្រីបានរក្សាទុកអស់រយៈពេល៣ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ លោកស្រីឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា កុលាលភាជន៍ទាំង៦នោះ គឺលោកស្រីបានទិញពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ភ្នំដងរែក ដែលពួកគេរក្សាទុកដាក់មិនត្រឹមត្រូវ ប្រឈមនឹងការខូចខាត។
ប៉ុន្តែដោយសារទឹកចិត្តស្រឡាញ់វត្ថុវប្បធម៌ទាំងនោះ លោកស្រី ភឿន ផាវី ក៏សម្រេចចិត្តប្រគល់ជូនអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាឱ្យយកទៅថែរក្សាទុក។
លោកស្រី ភឿន ផាវី បង្ហាញអារម្មណ៍ក្នុងពេលប្រគល់កុលាលភាជន៍ជូនអាជ្ញាធរអប្សរានោះថាគាត់ពិតជាមានអារម្មណ៍រំភើប និងសប្បាយរីករាយដែលបានចូលរួមថែរក្សា អភិរក្ស និងប្រគល់វត្ថុបុរាណទាំងនោះជូនទៅអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលជាស្ថាប័នជំនាញ ក្នុងការថែរក្សា អភិរក្សវត្ថុទាំងនោះ ព្រមទាំងសំណូមពរដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ថាបើបានប្រទះឃើញវត្ថុបុរាណដោយប្រការណាមួយ សូមរាយការណ៍ទៅកាន់ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធកុំមានគំនិតយកវត្ថុបុរាណខ្មែរទៅលក់ឬចែកចាយឡើយ។
លោក វង្ស សាវុទ្ធី មន្រ្តីបច្ចេកទេសនៃសារមន្ទីរកុលាលភាជន៍អង្គរភូមិតានីរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វប្បធម៌ និងបទដ្ឋានបេតិកភណ្ឌនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានឱ្យដឹងថា កុលាលភាជន៍ទាំង៦នេះ ជាកុលាលភាជន៍សម័យបុរេប្រវត្តិ ជាប្រភេទភាជន៍ផុយ។ លោក វង្ស សាវុទ្ធី សន្និដ្ឋានជាបឋមថា កុលាលភាជន៍ទាំង៦នោះ ប្រហែលជាមានអាយុកាលចន្លោះពីចុងសម័យយុគដែក។ លោកយល់ថា កុលាលភាជន៍ទាំងនេះត្រូវបានគេយកទៅបញ្ចុះជាមួយសព ពីព្រោះវានៅរក្សាបានរូបរាងល្អ ដោយសារមានការកប់ត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ភាជន៍ទាំងនេះមានរូបរាងជាផើង ចានជាដើម ហើយវាមានកម្ពស់ខ្ពស់ជាងគេប្រវែង១៥សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ និងទាបបំផុត៩ សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ។ ភាជន៍ចំនួន៤រក្សាបានរូបរាងនៅល្អ និងចំនួន២ទៀតមានស្មាមប្រេះ និងបែកមាត់មួយចំហៀងអាចជួសជុលបាន។
លោក វង្ស សាវុទ្ធី បញ្ជាក់ថា ការផ្តល់ជូនវត្ថុបុរាណសម័យបុរេប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាថែរក្សានេះ ពិតជាមានប្រយោជន៍ខ្លាំងណាស់ ដោយហេតុថាសម័យបុរេប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមិនមានភស្តុតាងឬឯកសារច្រើនទេ បើប្រៀបធៀបជាមួយសម័យប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ។ ដូច្នេះ មានតែសំណល់ ឬវត្ថុបុរាណនេះហើយ ដែលអាចជួយផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម បង្ហាញពីការរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់មនុស្សនាសម័យកាលបុរេប្រវត្តិនោះ។
អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះលោកស្រី ភឿន ផាវី ដែលបានប្រគល់វត្ថុបុរាណនោះ ហើយអាជ្ញាធរអប្សរាក៏បានជូនប័ណ្ណសរសើរ រួមទាំងឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាមួយចំនួនជូនដល់លោកស្រី ដែលបានលះបង់វត្ថុដ៏កម្រនេះ មកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាដែលជាស្ថាប័នជំនាញ ដើម្បីធ្វើការជួសជុល អភិរក្ស ទៅតាមបច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីថែរក្សាឱ្យបានភាពយូរអង្វែង ទុកជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់កូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយ៕

The resident of Kork Thmei village, Puok commune, Puok district, Siem Reap province, voluntarily hands over six prehistoric ceramics to the APSARA National Authority to preserve on 11 April 2022.
Ms. Phoeung Phavi, the owner, said that she has kept the six ceramic pots for three years, which she bought from people in the Phnom Dangrek area.
However, due to her love for those cultural objects, Phoeun Phavi decided to hand them over to the APSARA National Authority for safekeeping.
Ms. Phoeun Phavi expressed her feelings that she was very excited and happy to participate in the conservation and handing over the artifacts to the APSARA National Authority, which is an institution that specializes in conservation. Those items, as well as a request to the people that if any objects are found, please report to the relevant institutions, do not have the idea to sell Cambodian artifacts.
Mr. Vong Savuthy, Technical Officer of Angkor Ceramics Museum, at Tani Village, Department of Cultural Development and Heritage Norms of APSARA National Authority, said that these six ceramic pots are prehistoric, fragile types. Mr. Vong Savuthy initially concluded that these ceramic pots may have been produced at the end of the Iron Age. He added that these kinds of ceramics were buried with the corpse because it still retains their good shape due to proper burial. These ceramics are shaped like pots and bowls, and they have a maximum height of 15 cm and a minimum height of 9 cm. Four of the ceramic pots are in good condition and the other two have cracked, which can be repaired.
Mr. Savuthy stated that the provision of prehistoric artifacts to the APSARA National Authority for preservation is very useful because the prehistoric period does not have much evidence or documents compared to the historic period. Therefore, only these remnants or artifacts can provide additional information showing the daily lives of people in prehistoric times.
APSARA National Authority thanks Ms. Phoeun Phavi for donating the artifacts, and also provides a certificate of appreciation and some financial support to Ms. Phoeung Phavi who donated this rare item to APSARA National Authority to preserve for the benefit of future generations.
