អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលាភូមិន្ទរដ្ឋបាល ដែលសហការជាមួយព្រះសង្ឃ បានរួមគ្នាដាំកូនឈើប្រមាណ ២,០០០ដើម នៅបរិវេណវត្ត ឥន្ទបត្តបុរី(អង្គរខាងជើង) នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ដើម្បីប្រែទីនោះ ឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាសួនទេសភាពវប្បធម៌ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឯកឧត្តម យក់ ប៊ុនណា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការក្រសួងមុខងារសាធារណៈនិងជានាយកសាលាភូមិន្ទរដ្ឋបាល លោកជំទាវ យូ សុភា អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត ព្រមទាំងកម្មសិក្សាការី វគ្គវិក្រឹត្យការមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ ព្រះសង្ឃ និងមន្រ្តី បុគ្គលិកជាអង្គ/នាក់ទៀត។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងឱកាសដាំកូនឈើនោះ ថា ការរៀបចំដាំកូនឈើនៅវត្តឥន្ទបត្តបុរីពេលនេះមិនមែនសំដៅតែលើការលើកតម្លៃទេសភាពវប្បធម៌ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយវត្តអារាមនៅទីនោះឡើយសំខាន់ គឺការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ការរៀបចំទីអារាមនេះទៅក្នុងតម្លៃលេចធ្លោជាសាកលរបស់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ដែលរមណីយដ្ឋាននេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាអត្តសញ្ញាណជាតិរបស់កម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ តែក៏ជាសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌របស់មនុស្សជាតិទាំងមូល។
ឯកឧត្តម យក់ ប៊ុនណា នាយកសាលាភូមិន្ទរដ្ឋបាល បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ ចំពោះពិធីដាំកូនឈើ នៅពេលនេះ ថាជាការចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ដើម្បីបំពេញបន្ថែមនូវកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌកែលម្អបរិស្ថានក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ ពីព្រោះថា ដើមឈើមានសារសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់សម្រាប់ជីវិតមនុស្ស និងបរិស្ថាន។
នេះមិនមែនជាលើកទីមួយទេ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានដាំដុះដើមឈើឡើងវិញនៅក្នុងបរិវេណឧទ្យានអង្គរ។ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៤ រហូតមកដល់ពេលនេះ កូនឈើប្រណីតៗមាន បេង នាងនួន ធ្នង់ គ្រញូង និងកូនឈើចម្រុះជាច្រើនទៀត សរុបប្រមាណជាង២លានដើមហើយ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានដាំនៅក្នុងតំបន់ឧទ្យានអង្គរ។ ក្នុងនោះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក៏មានស្ថានីយបណ្តុះកូនឈើ ចំនួន១០ទីតាំង ដែលមានលទ្ធភាពបណ្តុះកូនឈើជាច្រើនម៉ឺនដើមក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំៗ ដើម្បីដាំដុះនិងចែកជូនសាធារណជនផង៕

APSARA National Authority and Royal School of Administration jointly plant about 2,000 trees at Northern Angkor Pagoda
APSARA Authority and the Royal School of Administration, in collaboration with the monks, planted about 2,000 trees at Northern Angkor Pagoda on 21 October 2021. The program was participated by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General of APSARA National Authority, H.E. Mr. Youk Bunna, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Service and Principle of the Royal School of Administration, H.E. Mrs.You Sophea, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap, trainees, monks, and some officials.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General of APSARA National Authority, said on the occasion that the trees planting program was not only to enhance the cultural landscape associated with the pagoda but it was also important to connect the integrity of the pagoda with the universal outstanding value of Angkor, which is the national identity of Cambodia as well as the cultural heritage of humanity.
H.E. Mr.Youk Bunna, Principle of the Royal School of Administration, said that the trees planting program is an important contribution to complement the efforts of local authorities and APSARA National Authority in the framework of improving the environment in the Angkor site.
This was not the first time that the APSARA National Authority has planted trees in Angkor Park. Since 2004, more than two million trees have been planted. The APSARA National Authority also has ten nursery stations, which are capable to grow ten thousand trees per year to plant and distribute to the public.
