គណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរជាតិ សម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចគាំពារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក(ICC-Angkor /Sambor Prei Kuk) បានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៤២ រយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃ (៩-១០ មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦) នៅសណ្ឋាគារសុខា អង្គរ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសនេះ ផ្តោតលើការជជែកលម្អិតជុំវិញការងារជួសជុល អភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព នៃតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដែរ ដឹកនាំដោយសហប្រធាន លោក NAGASE Kensuke អនុប្រធានបេសកកម្មស្ថានទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងលោក Pierre VINCENT ទទួលបន្ទុកបេសកកម្ម និងវប្បធម៌នៃស្ថានទូតបារាំងប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងក្រោមវត្តមានដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
នៅក្នុងពិធីបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ភឿង សកុណា បានសម្តែងនូវការគោរព និងសោកស្តាយជាពន់ពេកចំពោះមរណភាពរបស់ឯកឧត្តម ជុំ សុភមករា អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលទទួលមរណភាពនៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនាកន្លងទៅ ដោយសារគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍។ នេះជាការបាត់បង់ធនធានមនុស្ស និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសំខាន់មួយរូបរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលកន្លងមក ឯកឧត្តមបានរួមចំណែកលើការងារបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងផ្ទេរចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្ស នៅក្នុងស្ថាប័នជាតិមួយនេះ។ល។ ក្នុងនោះដែរ អ្នកចូលរួមក៏បានស្មិងស្មាធិ៍គោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធឯកឧត្តម ជុំ សុភមករា ផងដែរ។

The 42nd Technical Session of the International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Sites of Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk (ICC-Angkor/Sambor Prei Kuk) is being held over two days, from 9–10 June 2026, at the Sokha Angkor Resort. The session focuses on in-depth discussions concerning the restoration, conservation, and sustainable development of the Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk heritage sites.
The meeting is co-chaired by NAGASE Kensuke, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, and Pierre Vincent, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of France in Cambodia. The session is held under the distinguished presence of Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and Chairwoman of the Board of the APSARA National Authority.
In her opening remarks, H.E. Dr. Phoeurng Sackona expressed profound sorrow and condolences over the passing of H.E. Chum Sopheakmakara, Deputy Director-General of the APSARA National Authority, who died in a traffic accident on 1 June 2026. She described his passing as a significant loss to the institution, recognizing his important contributions to human resource development, knowledge transfer, and the advancement of conservation work within the APSARA National Authority. Participants observed a tribute in his memory during the opening ceremony.
During this 42nd Technical Session, Cambodian and international experts are reviewing conservation reports and restoration activities at monuments within the Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk sites. They are also providing technical recommendations to guide future conservation efforts.
The discussions further emphasize the preservation of ancient stone structures, the implementation of sustainable development projects, environmental and forest conservation, and the strengthening of human resource capacity through specialized training in conservation techniques and related technical fields.
