ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំរួមជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគម្រោង SDGERA នៅថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នាការិយាល័យកណ្ដាល Setec ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងស្ថាប័ន SIAVB, Hydratec, Veolia, AGERA និង HPL។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបានផ្តោតលើការធានាឱ្យមានការដំឡើងទ្វារទឹកស្វ័យប្រវត្តិចំនួនពីរ ក្រោមគម្រោង SDGERA ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងគ្មានឧបសគ្គ។ ការពិភាក្សាបានផ្តោតលើលក្ខខណ្ឌបច្ចេកទេស ភស្តុភារ និងប្រតិបត្តិការទាំងអស់ដែលត្រូវការត្រៀមទុកជាមុន និងអំឡុងពេលដំឡើង ដោយមានគោលបំណងធានាការត្រៀមលក្ខណៈពេញលេញនៃការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ និងការសម្របសម្រួលប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពរវាងដៃគូទាំងអស់។
គណៈកម្មាធិការបានអនុម័តផែនការ អនុវត្តគម្រោងសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦–២០២៩ ដោយបញ្ជាក់ថា ការងារដំឡើងដំបូងនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមនៅខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បន្ទាប់មកនឹងមានការដំឡើងទ្វារទឹកបន្ថែមទៀតក្នុងអំឡុងឆ្នាំ២០២៧និងឆ្នាំ២០២៨។
លើសពីការពិភាក្សាលម្អិតផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរយៈពេលវែងរវាង SIAVB និងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ជាពិសេសក្នុងវិស័យគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ការការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រ និងការកសាងសមត្ថភាព។កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះតំណាងឱ្យជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងភាពធន់ និងចីរភាពនៃប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់អង្គរ។

H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, jointed steering committee meeting on 21 May 2026 at the Setec central office with the leaders of the SDGERA project. The session brought together representatives from SIAVB, Hydratec, Veolia, Agra and HPL.
The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth and obstacle‑free installation of two automatic water gates planned under the SDGERA project. Discussions addressed all technical, logistical, and operational conditions required before and during installation, with the objective of guaranteeing full equipment readiness and optimal coordination among all partners.
The committee validated the project timeline for 2026–2028, confirming that the first installation works will begin from August 2026, followed by the deployment of additional water gates throughout 2027 and 2028.
Beyond technical planning, the meeting reaffirmed the commitment to strengthening the long‑term cooperation between SIAVB and APSARA, particularly in the fields of sustainable water management, hydraulic heritage protection, and capacity building.
This collaboration represents a key step toward enhancing the resilience and sustainability of Angkor’s historic hydraulic system.
