តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការរវាងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ បានបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពចំណេះដឹងទេសចរណ៍បេតិកភណ្ឌជាតិ ដោយផ្តោតលើការងារអភិរក្សនិងបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ ជាផលិតផលទេសចរណ៍ដល់សិក្ខាម ជាមន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិក និងភ្នាក់ងារនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។ ពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោក Kim Hyunsung (គីម យន់សុង) តំណាងទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ រួមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានការជួយគាំទ្រទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ ហើយនេះជាលើកទី២ដែរ។ តាមរយៈផលលទ្ធនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ក្រុមការងារនិងទទួលបាននូវការស្វែងយល់ផ្សេងៗអំពីបទពិសោធន៍ដែលមិត្តកូរ៉េនឹងចែករំលែក ជាពិសេសការបង្ហាញនូវគុណតម្លៃរបស់បេតិកភណ្ឌអរូបី និងការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ។ ឯកឧត្តម អគ្គនាយករងបន្តថា សិក្ខាកាមនឹងទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងនេះដើម្បីយកទៅអនុវត្តន៍ក្នុងន័យពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពនិងគុណភាពឧស្សាហកម្មទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាបទាំងមូល។

The APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the Korea Heritage Agency, has launched a Capacity Building Program on National Heritage Tourism Enhancement, focusing on conservation practices and the development of cultural heritage as a sustainable tourism product. The program is designed for participants from the APSARA National Authority.
The opening ceremony was attended by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General, on behalf of H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority; Mr. Kim Hyunsung, representative of the Korea Heritage Agency; along with leaders and experts from both institutions.
In his opening remarks, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal highlighted that this is the second training program supported by the Korea Heritage Agency. He noted that the course will provide participants with valuable insights from Korean experts, particularly in presenting the values of intangible heritage and community life in the Angkor region. He emphasized that this knowledge will contribute to strengthening the capacity and quality of the tourism industry in Siem Reap Province.
Mr. Kim Hyunsung, representing the Korea Heritage Agency, expressed his delight in collaborating with the APSARA National Authority to conserve cultural heritage while developing new forms of tourism. He explained that the training program includes joint visits and presentations aimed at enhancing heritage-based tourism products and attracting more visitors to Cambodia.
