A working team from the APSARA National Authority has carried out a clean-up operation around Kngouk Kreav Temple in Oroung Village, Ta Siem Commune, Svay Leu District, Siem Reap Province. The team cleared vegetation and improved the surrounding environment as part of regular maintenance to enhance the temple’s value, preserve its heritage, and prevent potential risks.
It is worth noting that in 2024, the APSARA National Authority installed boundary markers and signposts to clearly define the ancient site. At the same time, the authority has continued to encourage local residents to take part in preserving the ancient temples of their Khmer ancestors in a spirit of mutual respect and shared responsibility.
