តាមរយៈក្របខណ្ឌនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ជាមួយស្ថានទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ថវិការដ្ឋាភិបាលឥណ្ឌា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមួយស្តីពី ការគ្រប់គ្រងសារមន្ទីរ និងការអភិរក្សវាយនភណ្ឌ ជូនដល់មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកចំនួន២០នាក់ នៃនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ ដែលកំពុងបំពេញការងារនៅក្នុងសារមន្ទីរក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប។ ពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីលោក សេង សុធារ៉ា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងវប្បធម៌ និងលោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត Gauri Parimoo Krishnan នាយកស្ថាបនិក អ្នកប្រឹក្សា DMBG LLF អ្នកជំនាញខាងអភិរក្សវាយនភណ្ឌ អ្នកប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តសិល្បៈ អ្នកប្រឹក្សាគ្រប់គ្រងសារមន្ទីរ សិង្ហបុរី/ឥណ្ឌា។ ក្នុងគោលបំណង ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព អំពីការអភិរក្ស ថែរក្សា និងការគ្រប់គ្រងសមុច្ច័យ ក៏ដូចជា ការរៀបចំប្លង់ពិព័រណ៍ ជាពិសេសនៅក្នុងសារមន្ទីរវាយនភណ្ឌប្រពៃណីអាស៊ី។

The APSARA National Authority has launched a training course focused on museum management and textile conservation, aimed at enhancing the skills of officials from the Department of Tourism Development and Culture in Siem Reap. This initiative, which is part of a collaborative effort with the Embassy of India, is funded by the Government of India. The opening ceremony took place on April 4, 2025, and featured notable attendees including Mr. Seng Sotheara, the Director of the Department, and Dr. Gauri Parimoo Krishnan, an expert in textile conservation and museum management.
The training program is designed to share valuable experiences and improve the capacity for conserving and managing artifacts, as well as optimizing exhibition layouts, particularly in relation to the MGC Asian Traditional Textiles Museum. The course will run for four days, concluding on April 7, 2025.
