ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ នៅសាលលលៃ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអង្គរនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយសាលាបារាំងចុងបូព៌ា បើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី«បណ្ណសារអភិរក្សអង្គរ»ដើម្បីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលតាមបែបវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រអំពីឯកសារនៃការអភិរក្សអង្គរតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩០៨-១៩៧៥ ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលការប្រើប្រាស់ឯកសារទាំងនោះដល់ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗនៅក្នុងបរិបទបេតិកភណ្ឌ រួមមានអភិរក្សអង្គរ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សារមន្ទីរជាតិកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ដែលត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់ឯកសារប្រភេទនេះជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ (អ្នកថែរក្សា អ្នកជួសជុល អ្នកបុរាណវិទ្យា បណ្ណារក្ស)។ ចែករំលែកវិធីសាស្រ្តស្រាវជ្រាវ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។
កម្មពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលានេះ អញ្ចើញចូលរួមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា តំណាងឯកឧត្តម ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោក Brice Vincent ប្រធានវិជ្ជាស្ថានសាលាបារាំងចុងបូព៌ា និងសិក្ខាកាមជាមន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិកមកពីស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ មានដូចជា អភិរក្សអង្គរ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សារមន្ទីរជាតិកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ ចំនួនប្រមាណ៣០នាក់។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល លើកឡើងថា សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់សុទ្ធតែអ្នកត្រូវបន្តវេន ជាមនុស្សគន្លឹះទៅថ្ងៃអនាគតដែលមានភារកិច្ចក្នុងការចែករំលែកដល់អ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយនូវកិច្ចការអ្វីដែលបានរៀបចំនៅពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។ ឯកឧត្តម បន្ថែមថា ការរៀបចំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបណ្ណសារអង្គរនេះ គឺស្តែងពីចំណេះជំនាញដែលយើងមាន និងធ្វើឡើងទៅតាមបច្ចេកទេស ការស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាស់លាស់ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំឯកសារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ ការរៀបចំទុកដាក់ឯកសារជាគុណប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់អនាគតអ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយដែលត្រូវការយកឯកសារទាំងនោះមកធ្វើជាតឹកតាង ធ្វើឯកសារយោងក្នុងកិច្ចការពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ។ របាយការណ៍ ឬឯកសារបច្ចេកទេសដែលគត់ត្រានាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ គឺជាឯកសារគោល ឬជាមេរៀនយ៉ាងសំខាន់សម្រាប់មនុស្សជំនាន់ក្រោយនាពេលអនាគត។
ឯកឧត្តម ឱ្យដឹងទៀតថា ជាទស្សនរួមរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មាននូវទស្សនវែងឆ្ងាយ ក្នុងន័យបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកម្រិតចំណេះដឹង ទាំងផ្នែកទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្តជូនដល់មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក រួមទាំងអ្នកជំនាញគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដាក់ទិសដៅធ្វើយ៉ាងណាមជ្ឍមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអង្គរ មិនត្រឹមតែសម្រាប់អ្នកជំនាញការជាតិ ឬអន្តរជាតិដែលបំពេញការងារនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ គឺមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអង្គរនឹងអាចក្លាយជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលថ្នាក់តំបន់នាពេលថ្ងៃអនាគត៕

On 31 May 2022, the Angkor Training Centre of the
APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the French School of Asian Studies, to hold a seminar on “Archives of Angkor Conservation” that aims at introducing the “1908-1975” scientific documentation of the Angkor Conservation and at facilitating its use in a heritage context. It is therefore primarily intended for the staff of Cambodian institutions, namely the Angkor Conservation, the APSARA National Authority, the National Museum of Cambodia, and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, having to deal with this type of documentation daily (curators, restorers, archaeologists, librarians). It will also offer the opportunity to jointly reflect on the development of shared methodological tools as well as on future interinstitutional collaborations.
The opening ceremony is presided by H.E Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General, Representative of H.E Dr. Hang Peou, Director-General of APSARA National Authority, Mr. Brice Vincent, the French School of Asian Studies, and 30 trainees from the APSARA National Authority, the National Museum of Cambodia, and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
H.E Mr. Long Kosal said that all participants have the task of sharing knowledge with the next generations about what is planned now. He added that the training of the Angkor Conservation’s archives is based on the knowledge and skills that we have and conducted according to clear research techniques related to the preparation of daily documents. Document preparation is an advantage for future generations who need to use those documents as references in various related matters. Today’s report or technical document is an important document or lesson for future generations.
H.E Mr. Long Kosal added that the common vision of APSARA National Authority is to have a long-term vision in terms of training the level of knowledge in theory and practice to the officials-staff, including experts at all levels. APSARA National Authority aims to make Angkor Training Center not only for national or international experts working in the Kingdom of Cambodia, but it will also be able to become a regional training center in the future.
