នាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍អង្គរនៃអាជ្ញាជាតិ អប្សរា រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការដាក់ដំណើរការខ្សែទស្សនានៅប្រាសាទនាគព័ន្ធ ប្រាសាទចៅសាយទេវតា និងធម្មនន្ទ» ជូនដល់ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សរុបចំនួន២៥៥នាក់ ដែលមានរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែឧសភា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង កុ សល អគ្គនាយករងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
វគ្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់៣ ទី១.ចែករំលែកពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រការងារក្នុងការរៀបចំខ្សែទស្សនាតាមប្រាសាទក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ទី២.បង្ហាញពីការរៀបចំខ្សែទស្សនាថ្មីនៅប្រាសាទចៅសាយទេវតា ប្រាសាទធម្មនន្ទ និងប្រាសាទសាទនាគព័ន្ធ ដែលជាកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍ដែលបំពេញការងារនៅតាមប្រាសាទ ក្នុងការចូលរួមធ្វើឱ្យការដាក់អនុវត្តខ្សែទស្សនាប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាពខ្ពស់ និងទី៣.បង្ហាញពីតួនាទីចាំបាច់របស់ភ្នាក់ងារទេសចរណ៍នៅតាមប្រាសាទ ក្នុងការចូលរួមដាក់អនុវត្តដំណើរការខ្សែទស្សនាថ្មីនៅតាមប្រាសាទទាំងបីខាងលើ ដោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ហើយចង់ឱ្យក្រុមការងារនៅតាមប្រាសាទបានស្វែងយល់ពីគុណតម្លៃប្រាសាទ ចំណុចទាក់ទាញរបស់ប្រាសាទ ហើយអាចជួយលើកតម្លៃប្រាសាទឱ្យភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់ជាងមុន។
ឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ពិតជាមានសារសំខាន់ណាស់ ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងផ្តល់សេវាកម្មទេសចរណ៍ ព្រោះការគ្រប់គ្រងនៅទីកន្លែងមួយ គឺត្រូវទាមទារឱ្យមានភាពជំនាញ ក៏ដូចជា ចំណេះដឹង ចំណេះធ្វើច្បាស់លាស់ ហើយអ្វីដែលសំខាន់នោះ គឺអ្នកដែលអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់។ ដូច្នេះហើយ គោលបំណងថ្ងៃនេះ ដែលនាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍អង្គរ ធ្វើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញបន្ថែមដើម្បីឱ្យចំណេះជំនាញទាំងអស់នោះត្រូវបានបន្ត ត្រូវបានចែករំលែកជាគុណតម្លៃសម្រាប់ខ្លួនយើងដែលជាអ្នកអនុវត្ត យើងមានសេចក្ដីរីករាយ មានមោទកភាពចំពោះខ្លួនយើង ក្រុមគ្រួសារ និងស្ថាប័ន។
ឯកឧត្ដម សង្ឃឹមថា ក្រោយពីបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃនេះ សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹងនេះ ទៅអនុវត្តឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើង ដែលការនេះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាតែងតែយកចិត្ត ទុកដាក់ ចំពោះ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សជាច្រើនជំនាញដល់មន្ត្រី បុគ្គលិកដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សមត្ថ ភាព និង ចំណេះដឹង៕

APSARA National Authority to hold a seminar on “Operation of the visiting circuit at Neak Poan, Chau Say Tevota, and Thommanon temple”
The Department of Angkor Tourism Development of APSARA National Authority holds a seminar on “Operation of the visiting circuit at Neak Poan, Chau Say Tevota, and Thommanon temple” for a total of 255 tourism agents of APSARA National Authority from 30 May to 01 June 2022, presided by H.E Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General of APSARA National Authority.
This seminar is organized for three main purposes: 1. Share the strategy of organizing the visiting circuit of the temples at the Angkor site. 2. Show the new visiting circuit at Neak Poan, Chau Say Tevota, and Thommanon temple, which are the obligations of the tourism agents working in the temples to participate in implementing the tours safer, and 3. Show the necessary role of the tourism agents in implementing the new visiting circuit in the three temples above with high efficiency and understanding of the temple value and the attraction of the temples to show to tourists to understand more clearly.
H.E Mr. Long Kosal said on the occasion that this seminar is very important in the management and provision of tourism services because the management of a place requires skills as well as clear knowledge. And what matters is who practices it. Therefore, today, the purpose of the Angkor Tourism Development Department is to provide additional skills and knowledge that can be continued to be shared as a value for ourselves as practitioners, proud of ourselves, our families, and our institution.
H.E Mr. Long Kosal hopes that after completing this three-day seminar, all participants will gain this knowledge and apply it effectively to improve, which APSARA National Authority always pays attention to human resource training. Many skills for staff-officers to develop capacity and knowledge.
