គណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តរជាតិ សម្របសម្រួល កិច្ចគាំពារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក នឹងបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៣៨ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅឯខេត្តសៀមរាប។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៣៨នេះ នឹងដឹកនាំដោយលោក TANINAI Ichitomo ជាអនុប្រធានបេសកកម្មនៃស្ថានទូតជប៉ុន និងលោក Pierre VINCENT ទីប្រឹក្សាទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកវប្បធម៌របស់ស្ថានទូតបារាំងប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសលើកទី៣៨នេះ ក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិ នឹងពិនិត្យទៅលើការងារមួយចំនួននៅតាមការដ្ឋានការងារជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដែលកំពុងតែដំណើរការក្នុងការជួសជុល និងអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណនានា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិ ក៏នឹងធ្វើការតាមដាននិងផ្ដល់យោបល់បច្ចេកទេស ព្រមទាំងអនុសាសន៍ថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីឱ្យតាមការដ្ឋានយកទៅអនុវត្តន៍ស្របតាមកិច្ចការដែលកំពុងតែបំពេញនោះ។
ចំណែក នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែមីនា សម័យប្រជុំពេញអង្គលើកទី៣០ នឹងដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម Jacque PELLET ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង និងឯកឧត្តម UENO Atsushi ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុន ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ប្រធានបទសំខាន់នៃសម័យប្រជុំពេញអង្គលើកទី៣០ នឹងពិភាក្សាទៅលើសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមរបស់អន្តររដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីស្នាក់ការរបស់អង្គការUNESCO ក្នុងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣កន្លងទៅ ស្ដីពី រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ និងសំបូរព្រៃគុក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំពេញអង្គនេះ ក៏នឹងពិភាក្សា ព្រមទាំងពិនិត្យទៅលើគម្រោងថ្មីៗរបស់កិច្ចការអភិរក្ស ការងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ កិច្ចការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការងារបុរាណវិទ្យា បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ក៏ដូចជា សំបូរព្រៃគុកដែរ៕

The International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Sites of Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk will hold its 38th Technical Session on 14 March 2024, in Siem Reap.
The 38th Technical Session will be co-chaired by Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan, and Mr. Pierre VINCENT, Counselor for cooperation and cultural affairs of the Embassy of France in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
At the 38th Technical Session, an international team of experts will review some of the work at the restoration sites that are in the process of restoring and conserving ancient temples. In addition, the experts will monitor and provide technical advice and new recommendations to be implemented following the work being done.
On 15 March 2024, the 30th Plenary Session will be chaired by H.E. Mr. Jacques PELLET, Ambassador of France, and H.E. Mr. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The main theme of the 30th Plenary Session will be the Joint Intergovernmental Declaration held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris on 15 November 2023 on Angkor and Sambor Prei Kuk.
The Plenary Session will also discuss and review new conservation, development, research, archeology, training, and sustainable development projects in the Angkor area, and Sambor Prei Kuk.
