និស្សិតផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្របរិស្ថាន នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកាំង-ភ្នំពេញចំនួន៨០នាក់ មកស្វែងយល់ពីសារសំខាន់ និងការងារគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ដ្របុរាណក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ តាមរយៈទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤។ ទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ផ្តល់នូវអ្នកជំនាញដើម្បីធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ ព្រមទាំងបានដឹកនាំចុះទៅតាមកន្លែង និងទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែងផង។
លោក ឡៃ ប៉ូទី អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនដល់និស្សិតទាំងនោះ អំពីកិច្ចការងារគ្រប់គ្រងក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ អំពីប្រវត្តិនៃការរីកចម្រើននៃសំណង់ធារាសាស្ដ្របុរាណ សារសំខាន់នៃការគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកនិងប្រើប្រាស់ទឹក ផលប៉ះពាល់កើតមានឡើងក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរកំឡុងពេលគ្មានការជួសជុលថែទាំ ព្រមទាំងជួសជុលប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ដ្របុរាណ ឱ្យមានដំណើរការឡើងវិញ ដោយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងសមិទ្ធផលដែលទទួលបានពីការងារគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរជាដើម។
បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់បទបង្ហាញរួចមក អ្នកជំនាញរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក ព្រៃឈើ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានដឹកនាំនិស្សិតចុះពិនិត្យតាមទីតាំងសំណង់គ្រប់គ្រងទឹកសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនកន្លែង ថែមទាំងពន្យល់លម្អិតពីការងារចាត់ចែងគ្រប់គ្រងទឹក មុខងារនៃសំណង់ធារាស្ត្រនីមួយៗ ការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នានៃប្រព័ន្ធទឹកក្រោមដី រួមទាំងឆ្លើយតបនិងសំណួររបស់និស្សិត ដើម្បីផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពថែមទៀតផង៕

Eighty students from the Environmental Sciences Faculty of the American University of Phnom Penh came to learn about the importance and management of the ancient hydraulic network in the Angkor area through a study visit on 9 March 2024. During this visit, APSARA National Authority provided experts to make presentations and guide them to the actual locations.
Mr. Lai Poti, Deputy Director of the Department of Water, Forestry and Infrastructure Management of APSARA National Authority, presented to the students about the management work in the Angkor area, the history of the development of the ancient hydraulic network structures, the importance of water management and the impact during non-maintenance and rehabilitation of the ancient hydraulic network by the APSARA National Authority as well as the achievements of the water management work in the Angkor area.
After the presentation, the experts also led the students to inspect the main water management construction sites and explained in detail the water management work and functions of each irrigation structure, and groundwater interconnection, including answering students’ questions to provide more effective knowledge.
