APSARA National Authority to install a wooden staircase in the northeast of the Baphuon Temple
The working team of Tourism Services Control (TSC) of the Department of Tourism Development and Culture of the APSARA National Authority has installed a wooden staircase in the northeast of the Baphuon Temple to help divert tourists to the west stairway as the northwest corner staircase is being repaired.
This wooden staircase also made it easier for visitors to visit the Royal Palace, preventing tourists’ safety, as well as helping protect tree roots, and reduce footsteps in stones, and other carvings on the wall.
