នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ នាបរិវេណព្រះលានជល់ដំរី ប្រាសាទបាយ័ន បានប្រាព្ធពិធីប្រុងពលីបើកការដ្ឋានព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត។
អញ្ជើញជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រុងពលី បើកការដ្ឋានព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត នៅព្រះលានជល់ដំរី ក្រុងអង្គរធំ មានឯកឧត្តម ស សុខា អនុប្រធានស.ស.យ.ក. តំណាងឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ប្រធាន ស.ស.យ.ក. មានការអញ្ជើញរួមដំណើរដោយ ឯកឧត្តម សាយ សំអាល់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ឯកឧត្តម ទៀ សីហា អភិបាលខេត្ត ឯកឧត្តម គីម រិទ្ធី អភិបាលខេត្តព្រះវិហារ អនុប្រធានស.ស.យ.ក. ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អគ្គនាយករង ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ក្រុមការងារ ស.ស.យ.ក គណៈកម្មាធិការរៀបចំ តំណាងមន្ទីរអង្គភាពជុំវិញខេត្ត និងសិស្សានុសិស្សជាច្រើននាក់ផងដែរ។
សូមជម្រាបថា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣នេះ ជាខួបគម្រប់១០ឆ្នាំ នៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អង្គរសង្ក្រាន្ត ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ក្ដីស្រមៃ និងក្ដីសង្ឃឹម» ដែលជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នៃការលើកយកនូវកេរតំណែលអរិយធម៌ វប្បធម៌ ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ និងស្នាដៃរបស់បុព្វបុរសខ្មែរមករំលេចឡើងជាផ្ទាំងទស្សនីយភាពវប្បធម៌ជាច្រើន ដូចជា៖ ល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយ របាំបុរាណ របាំប្រពៃណី និងរបាំប្រជាប្រិយ ការបង្ហាញពីជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានៅតាមតំបន់ និងសិល្បៈទស្សនីយភាពជាច្រើនទៀត៕

On the morning of 04 February 2023, at the Terrace of the Elephants, the groundbreaking ceremony of Angkor Sankranta 2023 was held.
Presiding over this ceremony at the Elephant Terrace of Angkor Thom, H.E. Sar Sokha, Vice President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), and Representative of H.E. Hun Many, President of the UYFC accompanied by H.E. Say Samal, Minister of Environment, H.E. Tea Seiha, Siem Reap Governor, H.E. Kim Rithy, Preah Vihear Governor, Vice President of the UYFC, H.E Dr.Hang Peou, the Director-General of APSARA National Authority, Deputy Director General, Excellencies, Lok Chumteavs, Ladies and Gentlemen, the working group, the organizing committee, representatives of departments around the province, and many students.
It should be noted that 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of Angkor Sankranta under the theme of “Dream and Hope”, an event highlighting the heritage of civilization, culture, traditions, and works of Khmer ancestors to stand out as a cultural spectacle. Many such as folk games, traditional dances, folk dances, the lives of the Cambodian people, and many other arts.
