មុនពេលព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍រំលឹកគុណអង្គរឈានចូលមកដល់មួយថ្ងៃ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២នេះ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា អមដំណើរដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា រួមសិស្សានុសិស្ស សរុបចំនួនជិត១ពាន់នាក់ បានធ្វើព្យុះហយាត្រាដង្ហែក្បួន ដើម្បីឱ្យសាធារណជន ក៏ដូចជា ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ អន្ដរជាតិ មានការរំលឹកគុណដល់ប្រាសាទអង្គរ ជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាន ដែលបុព្វបុរសខ្មែរបានបន្សល់ទុកឱ្យកូនខ្មែរជំនាន់ក្រោយ។
ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ព្យុះហយាត្រាដែលមានមនុស្សចូលរួមជិតមួយ១ពាន់នេះ ធ្វើឡើងជាលើកទី១ នៃពិធីបុណ្យរំលឹកគុណអង្គរ ហើយជាសារមួយបង្ហាញថា កូនខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបបានតបស្នងសងគុណដល់បុព្វបុរសក៏ដូចជាអតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រខ្មែរ ដែលបានកសាងប្រាសាទអង្គរទុកឱ្យកូនខ្មែរជំនាន់ក្រោយបានស្គាល់។ ព្រោះថា ប្រាសាទអង្គរ ជាបេតិកភណ្ឌរស់រវើកដែលមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបាន។ ឯកឧត្ដមបន្ដថា សម័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើបនេះ ប្រទេសនៅលើពិភពលោកក៏អាចចម្លង ឬកសាងប្រាសាទថ្មីធំៗបានដែរ ប៉ុន្ដែការសាងសង់ថ្មី គឺគ្មានតម្លៃ និងគ្មានន័យដូចប្រាសាទរបស់កម្ពុជាបានឡើយ ព្រោះប្រាសាទនេះ មានអាយុកាលជាច្រើនពាន់ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ហើយក៏ជាដួងព្រឹលឹង និងអត្ដសញ្ញាណជាតិរបស់ខ្មែរ។ ឯកឧត្ដមបន្ដថា វប្បធម៌ អរិយធម៌ ដែលជាដួងព្រឹលឹងរបស់ខ្មែរមានច្រើនមហិមា មានអាយុរាប់រយឆ្នាំ ឬរាប់ពាន់ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ដូចនេះ កូនខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបត្រូវដឹងគុណអង្គរ ដែលពាក្យមានន័យទូលំទូលាយបំផុត សម្រាប់មនុស្សជំនាន់ក្រោយ ត្រូវចូលរួមការអភិរក្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍឱ្យបានគង់វង្ស។
សូមជម្រាបផងដែរថា ពិធីដង្ហែក្បួននេះ ចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងចេញពីខាងមុខប្រាសាទអង្គរ ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ខ្លោងទ្វារក្រុងអង្គរធំ ឬខ្លោងទ្វារទន្លេអុំ ដោយមានកាន់នូវបដា ជាភាសារខ្មែរផង និងភាសាបរទេសផង ដែលរំលេចដោយអត្ថន័យដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅរបស់ប្រាសាទអង្គរ ដូចជា អង្គរជាដួងប្រលឹង និងជាអត្ដសញ្ញាណជាតិ អបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យរំលឹកគុណអង្គរ វប្បធម៌ជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រិះនៃសន្ដិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមជាដើម៕

One day before the Thanks Angkor Event, on the morning of 13 December 2022, H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, accompanied by the working team of APSARA National Authority, together with nearly 1,000 students, parade to inform the public as well as Cambodians, national and international tourists to commemorate Angkor, a priceless world heritage site left by Cambodian ancestors for all generations of Cambodia.
H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, said that the parade, which was attended by nearly a thousand people, is held for the first time in the Thanks Angkor Event and it is a message that all Cambodians have expressed their gratitude to the ancestors, like the former Khmer kings who built the temples of Angkor for the next generation of Cambodians and Angkor is a living and priceless heritage. He added that in this age of modern technology, countries around the world can copy or build large new temples, but the new construction is worthless and meaningless like the temples of Cambodia because this temple is thousands of years old. And it is also the soul and the national identity of the Khmer people. He continued that the culture, and civilization, which is the soul of Cambodia, have been great for hundreds of years or thousands of years, so every Cambodian must be grateful for Angkor, and they have to participate in conservation and development.
It should be informed that this parade starts from Angkor temple to the south gate of Angkor Thom, holding banners in both Khmer and foreign languages, highlighted by a deep meaning of Angkor Wat temple, such as ”Angkor is the soul and the national identity”, ”Culture as the foundation of peace and socio-economic development. etc.
