ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា(MOU)ជាមួយនិងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបៀលប្រាយ(Build Bright)និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអង្គរ(Angkor University)ប្រចាំខេត្តសៀមរាប នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២២ នៅឯមុខប្រាសាទបន្ទាយសំរ៉ែ ក្នុងបំណងបើកឱកាសឱ្យក្រុមនិស្សិតផ្នែកស្ថាបត្យកម្មនៃសកលវិទ្យាល័យទាំងពីរនេះ អាចយល់ដឹងអំពីសំណង់បុរាណ ព្រមទាំងអាចសិក្សាយកបទពិសោធន៍លើកិច្ចការអភិរក្សថ្មជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកជំនាញនៃអង្គការអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដែលកំពុងតែបំពេញការងារនៅឯប្រាសាទសំរ៉ែនោះផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្ដម គឹម សុធិន អគ្គនាយករង នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការណ៍ដែលនាយកដ្ឋានអភិរក្សប្រាសាទ និងបុរាណវិទ្យានៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សម្រេចចិត្តចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់គ្នាជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យBuild Bright និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអង្គរពេលនេះ ដោយសារតែអ្នកជំនាញនៃអង្គការអាល្លឺម៉ង់GIZ ដែលជាក្រុមឯកទេសខាងអភិរក្សថ្ម នៅតាមប្រាសាទនានាជាយូរមកហើយនោះ បានលើកឡើងថា ពេលបច្ចុប្បន្នធនធានមនុស្សខ្មែរ ដែលចេះជួសជុលនិងព្យាបាលថ្មប្រាសាទបុរាណគឺនៅមានចំនួនតិចតួចនៅឡើយ។
ឯកឧត្ដម គឹម សុធិន រំពឹងថា នេះគឺជាឱកាសមួយដ៏ល្អ សម្រាប់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យឯកជនទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការចូលរួមបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនិស្សិត ឱ្យល់ដឹងលើសំណង់បុរាណ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកជួយអភិរក្សនិងថែរក្សាមត៌កដូន ឱ្យបានគង់វង្សយូរអង្វែងតទៅទៀត។

APSARA National Authority signs a Memorandum of Understanding with two private universities on the Preservation of Ancient Temples
APSARA National Authority signs the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Build Bright University and Angkor University in Siem Reap province on 13 December 2022 in front of Banteay Samre temple to allow architecture students at both universities to learn about ancient architecture and gain experience in stone conservation by the working group of German experts at Banteay Samre temple.
H.E. Mr. Kim Sothin, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, said that the decision to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Build Bright University and Angkor University is due to the experts of the GIZ organization, which is a group that specializes in preserving stone in temples for a long time, said that Cambodian human resources who know how to repair and treat ancient stones are still small.
H.E. Mr. Kim Sothin expects that this is a good opportunity for both private universities to participate in training students to know about ancient temples to contribute to the conservation and preservation of long-lasting heritage.
Vice Dean of Angkor University and Chairman of the Faculty of Architectural Engineering, Mr. Pin Somony and Mr. Chhuon Phearun, Branch Director of Build Bright University, Siem Reap expressed their optimism that the APSARA National Authority has allowed students from both universities to participate in the study of stone conservation of this ancient temple. The heads of both universities strongly hope that the APSARA National Authority, a professional body that manages the Angkor site, a world-famous heritage site, and the German GIZ experts will help train students from these universities to have the full ability to contribute to the preservation of ancient temples in the future.
