អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្តីពីការសរសេរព័ត៌មានបែបរូបភាពដល់មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិកមកពីគ្រប់នាយកដ្ឋានចំណុះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ប្រមាណ៥០នាក់នៅឯនាយកដ្ឋានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២២។

ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដែលអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកកម្មវិធីសិក្ខាសាលានៃវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ មានប្រសាសន៍ថា សិក្ខាសាលាសរសេរព័ត៌មានបែបរូបភាពដែលរៀបចំឡើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិក របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ឱ្យចេះប្រើកម្មវិធីឌីជីថល ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅតាមបច្ចេកវិទ្យាដែលមានប្រើប្រាស់រាល់ថ្ងៃ ក្នុងការបង្ហាញដល់សាធារណជន ឱ្យយល់ដឹងពីសកម្មភាពការងាររបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាទាំងមូលតាមរយៈការផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ។ ជាពិសេស បង្ហាញអំពីសកម្មភាព សមិទ្ធផលផ្សេងៗនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល សង្ឃឹមថាមន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក ដែលចូលរួមនៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ នឹងអាចស្វែងយល់ ហើយទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងលើផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យានិងប្រើប្រាស់បានត្រឹមត្រូវសម្រាប់ជាប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើនទៀតក្នុងការបំពេញភារកិច្ចប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ខ្លួន។

APSARA National Authority cooperates with Thmey Thmey News to hold a seminar on mobile journalism

APSARA National Authority organizes training on mobile journalism for 50 officers-staff from all departments under the APSARA National Authority at the Department of Public Order on 26 April 2022.

H.E Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director-General of APSARA National Authority, said at the opening ceremony of the seminar that to respond to the technology that is used every day to present to the public to understand the work activities of the APSARA National Authority through dissemination and public relations. In particular, shows the various achievements today.
H.E Mr. Long Kosal hopes that the officers-staff who participate in this seminar will be able to understand and gain knowledge on technology and use it properly for many other purposes in carrying out their daily tasks.
