នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ (Korean Heritage Agency ) បានរៀបចំពិធីសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការនូវមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត អភិរក្សអប្សរា ដែលមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះដើរតួសំខាន់ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ។ ពិធីសម្ពោធនេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមពីអភិបាលរងខេត្ត នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប លោក ឌី រ៉ាឌូ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាជាច្រើនរូប។
ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ហង់ ពៅ អគ្គនាយកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចាត់ទុកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តអភិរក្សអប្សរា ដែលជាជំនួយរបស់ទីភ្នាក់ងារបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ ថានឹងរួមចំណែកជួយដល់ការងារអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទក្នុងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ កាន់តែប្រសើរ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយកក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់កូរ៉េ ដែលចូលខ្លួនមកជួយប្រាសាទបុរាណខ្មែរចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០១៥មក ដែលដំបូងគេចាប់ផ្តើមនៅក្រុមប្រាសាទព្រះពិធូរ ព្រះលានជល់ដំរី និងប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត។
លោកស្រី Lee Eun-bok អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយបេតិកភណ្ឌ នៃស្ថាប័នបេតិកភណ្ឌកូរ៉េ (Korea Heritage Service) បានលើកឡើងពីទំនាក់ទំនងល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា និងកូរ៉េ ហើយផ្នែកបេតិកភណ្ឌនេះ កូរ៉េបានជួយលើការអភិរក្សរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ចាប់ផ្តើមមានទំនាក់ទំនង និងចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣។
លោកស្រីអគ្គនាយក បានបង្ហាញក្តីរីករាយ និងមោទនភាពចំពោះការងារអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ដែលកូរ៉េបានចូលរួមជួសជុលចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ២០២៤មកផងដែរ។

On the morning of July 25, 2025, the APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the Korean Heritage Agency, officially inaugurated the APSARA Conservation Science Center. This center is poised to play a crucial role in enhancing the conservation and restoration efforts for temples within the Angkor site. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Dy Radu, the Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, along with numerous leaders, officials, and staff from the APSARA National Authority.
H.E. Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of the APSARA National Authority, emphasized the importance of the APSARA Conservation Science Center, which has been established with support from the Korean Heritage Agency. He expressed gratitude for Korea’s ongoing assistance in preserving ancient Khmer temples since 2015, highlighting initial projects at significant sites such as the Preah Pithu Group, the Terrace of Elephants, and Angkor Wat.
Ms. Lee Eun-bok, Director General of the Heritage Policy Department of the Korea Heritage Service, spoke about the strong relationship between Cambodia and Korea. She noted that Korea’s involvement in the conservation of Angkor sites began with a memorandum of understanding signed in 2013. Ms. Lee expressed her pride in the collaborative conservation and restoration efforts at Angkor Wat, which have been ongoing since 2024.
The APSARA Conservation Science Center is equipped with 67 pieces of modern equipment, valued at approximately $300,000. This state-of-the-art facility will significantly enhance the capabilities of conservationists working to preserve Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage.
