នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាសាលសន្និសីទអង្គរ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្ទៃក្នុងមួយ ស្តីពី «ដំណើរការអនុវត្តន៍ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានដើម្បីតំបន់អង្គរ» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម សុខ លក្ខិណា អ្នកតំណាងគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនាយកដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងមន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក សរុបចំនួន១០០នាក់។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណង ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងណែនាំការប្រើប្រាស់សៀវភៅប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថានអង្គរ យល់ដឹងពីសកម្មភាពរបស់នាយកដ្ឋាននីមួយៗ ស្វែងយល់ និងចូលរួមការពារបរិស្ថាន ក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ។
ឯកឧត្តម សុខ លក្ខិណា អ្នកតំណាងគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា នាឱកាសនោះថា សិក្ខាសាលានេះពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង ចំពោះការងារគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន នៅក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរ ជាពិសេសអនុវត្តនូវគោលនយោបាយ និងចក្ខុវិស័យច្បាស់លាស់ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាបានដាក់ចេញ រួមមាន៖ កិច្ចការថែរក្សាទេសភាព វប្បធម៌ បរិស្ថាន និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតាមសហគមន៍ ការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ និងជំរុញការកែលម្អ ដោយផ្អែកតាមគោលនយោបាយនានាជាដើម។ ឯកឧត្តម បានជំរុញណែនាំដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ សូមយកចិត្តទុកដាក់សិក្សា ស្តាប់ការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញនៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ ដើម្បីទទួលបានបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗយកទៅអនុវត្តន៍ ក្នុងការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។

On May 22, 2025, the APSARA National Authority convened an internal seminar titled “Environmental Management System Implementation for Angkor Site” at the Angkor Conference Hall. The event was chaired by H.E. Mr. Sok Leakena, Director of the Angkor Environmental Management Unit, and attended by department leaders and 100 officers and staff members.
The primary objective of the seminar was to promote the Angkor Environmental Management System Handbook, enhance understanding of departmental activities, and encourage participation in environmental protection efforts at the Angkor site.
In his opening remarks, H.E. Sok Leakena emphasized the significance of the seminar for advancing environmental management in the Angkor area. He highlighted the importance of implementing clear policies and visions set forth by the APSARA National Authority, which include preserving the landscape, culture, and environment; informing local communities; enforcing laws; and fostering improvements through various policies. He urged all participants to engage actively with the presentations to gain valuable insights that they could apply in their daily responsibilities.
It is noteworthy that the APSARA National Authority regularly conducts workshops on environmental management system implementation for its officials and staff, hosting these sessions four times a year.
