សហគមន៍សាមគ្គីដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទេសចរណ៍ដែលបម្រើសេវាទេសចរជិះទូកកម្សាន្តនៅបារាយណ៍ជយតាដាក ឬបារាយណ៍នាគព័ន្ធ អំពាវនាវដល់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ មកជិះទូកកម្សាន្តទស្សនាប្រាសាទនាគព័ន្ធស្ថិតនៅលើកោះកណ្តាលបារាយណ៍ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិបែបប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងផ្តល់ការងារដល់ប្រជាជន រួមទាំងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្នុងសហគមន៍ជុំវិញបារាយណ៍ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយនេះបានកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។

លោក អ៊ា នាង ជាអ្នកភូមិសំរោង ឃុំលាងដៃ ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកបម្រើសេវាចែវទូក របស់សហគមន៍បារាយណ៍ជយតដាក បានឱ្យដឹងថា ភ្ញៀវទេសចរនឹងទទួលបានអារម្មណ៍សប្បាយប្លែកជាមួយនឹងធម្មជាតិផ្សេងៗដែលលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងបារាយណ៍បុរាណមួយនេះ លើសពីការដើរឆ្លងស្ពាន។ ការងារចែវទូកដឹកភ្ញៀវទេសចរ មួយផ្នែកបានផ្តល់ឱ្យលោកមានចំណូលសម្រាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់គ្រួសារ និងមួយផ្នែកទៀតសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងសហគមន៍ផង។

អ្នកចែវទូកម្នាក់ទៀត រស់នៅភូមិលាងដៃ ឃុំលាងដៃ ដែលជាជនពិការជើងម្ខាងផង លោក សឿន សុភាព បង្ហាញអារម្មណ៍សប្បាយចិត្តដែលសហគមន៍ផ្តល់ការងារឱ្យលោកធ្វើជាអ្នកចែវទូក។ លោកបន្តថា ការគាំទ្រជិះទូកកម្សាន្តរបស់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិពិតជាសំខាន់ណាស់ដើម្បីឱ្យពលរដ្ឋនៅជុំវិញបារាយណ៍នេះមានការងារធ្វើ។ ជាពិសេសជនពិការដូចជារូបលោក ដែលពិបាកស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើនៅឆ្ងាយផ្ទះ៕

Furthermore, the inclusion of individuals with disabilities, such as Mr. Soeun Sopheap, in the workforce is a positive step towards creating inclusive employment opportunities.

The support of national and international tourists is crucial for the success of this endeavor, as it directly impacts the livelihoods of the residents around the baray. By participating in these boat tours, tourists can contribute to the economic development of the community while enjoying the unique natural beauty of the ancient baray.
