អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងសាលាស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី បង្កើនកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព-APSARA National Authority and Banteay Srei District Authority to increase cooperation in the Effective Management of the Angkor Area- 08 May 2024

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយសាលាស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី អធិការដ្ឋាននគរបាលស្រុក បញ្ជាការដ្ឋានកងរាជអាវុធហត្ថស្រុក និងអាជ្ញាធរឃុំរុនតាឯក ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការបន្ថែមទៀតលើការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាពិសេស អំពីការសាងសង់សំណង់ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ដីធ្លី នៅក្នុងតំបន់អង្គរឱ្យបានសមស្រប។

ក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះដែរ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ក៏បានពន្យល់បទដ្ឋានគត្តិយុត្តច្បាប់ដល់អាជ្ញាធរស្រុកបន្ទាយស្រី សមត្ថកិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងអាជ្ញាធរឃុំរុនតាឯក ដើម្បីធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអំពីសិទ្ធិ និងលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសមួយចំនួនដូចជា៖
១.អាចជួសជុលផ្ទះ ដែលចាស់ទ្រុឌទ្រោម ឱ្យទៅជាល្អឡើងវិញ
២.អាចសុំច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតរុះរើផ្ទះចាស់ ដើម្បីធ្វើផ្ទះថ្មី ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវធ្វើសំណង់ទៅតាមលក្ខណៈជាផ្ទះខ្មែរ
៣.អាចពង្រីកខ្នងផ្ទះបាន ប្រសិនបើផ្ទះចាស់ មានសភាពតូចចង្អៀត
៤.អាចធ្វើស្រែ ឬចម្ការ នៅលើដីដែលគាត់កំពុងអាស្រ័យផលនោះបានជាធម្មតា
៥.អាចផ្ទេរកម្មសិទ្ធិផ្ទះឬដីបន្តទៅឱ្យកូនៗបាន និងអាចលក់ផ្ទះឬក៏ដីទៅឱ្យអ្នកភូមិជាមួយគ្នាបាន លើកលែងតែអ្នកដែលមកពីចម្ងាយ៕

On 07 May 2024, the APSARA National Authority met with Banteay Srei District Authority, and the local authority to increase cooperation in providing various services related to the needs of the residents. In particular, about the construction and proper use of land in the Angkor area.

During the discussion, APSARA National Authority also explained the legal standards to Banteay Srei District Authority, and relevant authorities to disseminate to the residents about some rights and technical characteristics such as:
1. Can repair a dilapidated house to be good again
2. Can apply for a permit to dismantle the old house to make a new house, but must be constructed according to the characteristics of a Khmer house
3. Can expand the house if the old house is narrow
4. Can do farming or plantation on the land, where they live.
5. Can transfer ownership of the house or land to the children and can sell the house or land to the local villagers, except those who come from far away.
