អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ផ្តល់សម្ភារ និងកម្លាំងកម្មករជំនាញដល់អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក(world Monument Fund)ដើម្បីជួយធ្វើការជាប្រចាំថ្ងៃនៅការដ្ឋានជួសជុលប្រាសាទភ្នំបាខែង។
កម្លាំងមនុស្ស ដែលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាផ្ដល់ទៅជួយការងារអង្គការ(WMF)នោះ គឺសុទ្ធតែអ្នកជំនាញខាងគូរប្លង់ រកថ្ម ជួសជុលថ្ម រើថ្ម រៀបថ្ម ឆ្លាក់ក្បាច់ អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកជួសជុលពង្រឹងគ្រឹះ និងអ្នកជំនាញការពារប្រព័ន្ធទឹក ដែលយល់ដឹងពីផលបះពាល់នៃការជម្រាបទឹក ដែលម្នាក់ៗមានបទពិសោធន៍ និងជំនាញ យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ក៏ជាង១០ឆ្នាំដែរ។
ស្ថាបត្យករ និងជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោងរបស់មូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក អ្នកស្រី ជាម ផល្លី មានប្រសាសន៍ថា អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរានឹងបន្តផ្ដល់សម្ភារ ដូចជា ថ្មបាយក្រៀម ថ្មភក់ និងកម្លាំងកម្មករ ក្នុងន័យជួយគ្នាលើគម្រោងជួយជុល និងអភិរក្សប្រាសាទបុរាណនេះ (WMF) ពិតជារីករាយ និងស្វាគមន៍ ហើយថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ។ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងអង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក(WMF) គឺជាដៃគូសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងល្អក្នុងកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទបុរាណរយៈពេល៣៥ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។
អ្នកស្រី ជាម ផល្លី ឱ្យដឹងថា រយៈពេល៣៥ឆ្នាំមកនេះ អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក បានចូលរួមកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស បេតិកភណ្ឌនៅតំបន់អង្គរ ដោយជួសជុលប្រាសាទចំនួន៥ដូចជា ប្រាសាទព្រះខ័ន ប្រាសាទតាសោម ប្រាសាទអង្គរវត្ត ប្រាសាទភ្នំបាខែង។ រីឯប្រាសាទនាគព័ន្ធ ស្ថិតក្នុងគម្រោងថែទាំ សម្អាតស្មៅនៅជុំវិញស្រះ អស់រយៈពេលជាង១០ឆ្នាំមកដែរ។
បន្ថែមលើនេះ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេល៣៥ឆ្នាំ អង្គការមូលនិធិប្រាសាទពិភពលោក( WMF) ក៏បានចូលរួមកិច្ចការអភិរក្ស បេតិកភណ្ឌនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដូចជា ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលធនធានមនុស្សនិស្សិត កម្មករ មេជាង ឱ្យក្លាយទៅជាអ្នកជំនាញពិតប្រាកដ ធ្វើការដោយខ្លួនឯងដោយមិនពឹងផ្អែកលើអ្នកជំនាញអន្តរជាតិ។ ជួយចងក្រងឯកសារបេតិកភណ្ឌស្ថាបត្យកម្មដ៏សម្បូរបែបរបស់កម្ពុជា ហើយក៏បានធ្វើឱ្យមានស្ថិរភាព និងអភិរក្សប្រាសាទសំខាន់ៗជាដើម៕

APSARA National Authority provides materials and workers to the World Monument Fund to assist with daily work at the Phnom Bakheng restoration site.
The manpower provided by the APSARA National Authority to assist the work of the WMF are the stone experts, architects, and water system protection experts. Each of them has at least 10 years of experience and expertise.
Cheam Phally, Architect and Project Coordinator of the World Temple Fund said that the APSARA National Authority will continue to provide materials such as laterite, sandstone, and workers to help each other on the WMF project. APSARA National Authority and the World Temple Fund have been good partners in the conservation and restoration of ancient temples for 35 years.
According to Ms. Cheam Phally, for the past 35 years, the World Temple Fund has been involved in the conservation of Angkor such as Preah Khan, Ta Som, Angkor Wat, and Phnom Bakheng. The WMF also has been in the project to clean the grass around the pond of the Neak Poan temple for more than 10 years.
In addition, during the 35 years, the World Temple Fund has been involved in heritage conservation in Cambodia, and human resources development such as students, workers, and foremen to become real professionals and self-independent. The WMF also helps document Cambodia’s rich architectural heritage and also stabilizes and conserves important temples.
