អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានសហការជាមួយស្ថាប័នអាល្លឺមង់ GACP បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពីប្រវត្តិ ការគ្រប់គ្រង និងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅសំណង់ព្រះវិហារគ្រឹស្តសាសនាបុរាណឈ្មោះថា Cologne Cathedral និង Freiburg Minster នៃប្រទេស អាល្លឺម៉ង់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដោយអគ្គនាយកអភិរក្សសំណង់បុរាណនៃព្រះវិហារគ្រឹស្តសាសនាទាំងពីរខាងលើ។
វាគ្មិនបណ្ឌិត Peter Fussenich បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីប្រវត្តិត្រួសៗនៃអគារព្រះវិហារសាសនាគ្រិស្ដ Cologne Cathedral សិល្បៈសំណង់ស្ថាបត្យកម្ម គំនូរចម្រុះលើកញ្ជក់ជាដើម។ ចំណុចសំខាន់គឺផ្តោតលើការងារ រោងជាងរបស់ព្រះវិហារ ដែលមានអ្នកជំនាញចម្រុះវិស័យបំពេញការងារលើកិច្ចការពារ ការអភិរក្ស និងវិធានបង្ការ ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ការងារនៅព្រះវិហារ Cologne Cathedral ។ ការងាររបស់រោងជាងសព្វថ្ងៃបានក្លាយគោលដៅទេសចរណ៍រហូតដល់មានអ្នកចូលទស្សនាការងា រជួសជុលចំនួន៦,៥០០,០០០នាក់ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ។ Cologne Cathedral ត្រូវបាន កសាង ឡើង នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១២៤៨ មានកម្ពស់១៥៧ម៉ែត្រ។ អគារនេះត្រូវបាន ចុះក្នុងបញ្ជីសម្បត្តិបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោករបស់អង្គការយូណេស្គូ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៩៦។
ចំពោះបទបង្ហាញទី២ ដោយលោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត Anne Christine BREHM ជាអគ្គនាយិកា បានបង្ហាញបទពិសោធន៍ការងាររបស់រោងជាង នៃព្រះវិហារ Freiburg Minster ដែលជាព្រះវិហារនេះបានកសាងនៅសម័យកណ្តាលនៅអឺរ៉ុប។ ដូចគ្នានឹងព្រះវិហារខាងលើ មានចំនួនភ្ញៀវច្រើនលាននាក់បានមកទស្សនារោងជាងការងារអភិរក្សនៅព្រះវិហារ Freiburg Minster ដែរ។ ការងាររបស់រោងជាងទាំងពីរខាងលើ បានទទួលចំណាត់ថ្នាក់បេតិកភណ្ឌអរូបី ពិភពលោកនៅឆ្នាំ២០២០ (Unesco Intangible World Heritage: Craft Techniques and Customary Practices of Cathedral Workshops)។ បាឋកថានេះធ្វើជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស ដោយមានការប្រែសម្រួលជាភាសាខ្មែរ ដោយលោក អ៊ឹម សុខរិទ្ធី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ស្រាវជ្រាវនិងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។
ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា បានចាត់ទុកសិក្ខាសាលាដែលរៀបចំនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤នេះ ថាពិតជាសារប្រយោជន៍ជាខ្លាំងដល់អ្នកជំនាញខ្មែរ លើការអភិរក្សថ្ម ចម្លាក់ ក៏ដូចជាផ្នែកទេសចរណ៍ជាដើម។ ឯកឧត្តមរំពឹងថា ក្រោយសិក្ខាសាលានេះចប់ មន្រ្តី-បុគ្គលិក និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលកំពុងបម្រើការនៅរមណីយដ្ឋានអង្គរ នឹងយល់ពីការងារសំខាន់ៗ ក្នុងន័យថែរក្សា ការពារ និងអភិរក្សតំបន់បេតិកភណ្ឌមួយនេះឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ៕

The APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the GACP of Germany, organized a workshop on the history, management, and tourism of Cologne Cathedral and Freiburg Minster in Germany. This is presented by the directors of the two ancient churches above.
Speaker Dr. Peter Fussenich gave a brief history of the Cologne Cathedral, the art of construction, architecture, and glass painting. The focus is on church work, with multidisciplinary professionals working on conservation, and prevention measures, sharing work experience at Cologne Cathedral. Workshop work today has become a tourist destination, with 6,500,000 visitors a year. Cologne Cathedral was built in 1248 and is 157 meters high. The building was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996.
In the second presentation, Dr. Anne Christine BREHM, Director of the Freiburg Minster workshop, presents the work experience of the Freiburg Minster workshop, a medieval European church. Like the church above, millions of visitors have visited the Conservation Workshop at the Freiburg Minster. The work of the above two workshops was inscribed on the Intangible World Heritage List in 2020 (Unesco Intangible World Heritage: Craft Techniques and Customary Practices of Cathedral Workshops). This lecture is in English with Khmer translation by Mr. Im Sokrithy, Director of the Department of Research, Training and Communication.
H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority, considers the workshop held on 27 February 2024, as very useful for Cambodian experts on stone conservation, sculpture as well as tourism. He expects that after this workshop, all officials-staff and stakeholders working at the Angkor site will better understand the important work in maintaining, protecting, and conserving this heritage site.
