នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ស្ថាប័នស្រាវជ្រាវបុរាណវិទ្យាឥណ្ឌា ដែលកំពុងអភិរក្ស និងជួសជុលប្រាសាទតាព្រហ្ម បានប្រគល់រូបចម្លាក់ចំនួន៥ដែលបានរកឃើញកាលពីចុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលរើគំនរថ្មខ្លោងទ្វារខាងត្បូងប្រាសាទតាព្រហ្ម ដែលរលុះធ្លាក់អស់កាលដ៏យូរមកហើយ មកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដើម្បីរក្សាទុក។

On 1 February 2024, the Archaeological Survey of India, which is restoring Ta Prohm Temple, handed over five statues found at the end of 2023 during the removal of the stones at the south gate of Ta Prohm to the APSARA National Authority.
Ms. Neth Simon, Archaeologist of the APSARA National Authority, said that the five statues include two statues of Buddha Sheltered by a Naga, one Avalokiteśvara, and two Buddha statues with a broken head, and hands.
She added that after finding six statues, the team cleaned up, documented, and observed that these five statues were not related to the structure of the south gate, except for the one pediment, which has a carving of the Buddha. There is a statue under one of the pillars that must be placed in the original location of the gate, except for the five statues above, which must be given to the APSARA National Authority to repair and preserve.
