រសៀលថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា សហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ្វ៍ ខេមបូឌា ភីអិលស៊ី បានរៀបចំពិធីផ្លាស់ប្តូរកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង និងសម្ពោធជាផ្លូវការគម្រោង «ឧទ្យានសហគមន៍អង្គរ-មេនូឡាយហ្វ៍» ដែលជាគម្រោងដាំកូនឈើចំនួនជាង១០ ០០០ដើម មានដូចជា ដើមធ្នង់ គគីរ និងដើមបេង លើផ្ទៃដី៥.៥ហិកតា ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នៅទីតាំងខាងជើងបរិវេណប្រាសាទបន្ទាយប្រី ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប មន្ត្រី-បុគ្គលិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា និងសិស្សានុសិស្សប្រមាណ៣០០នាក់។
ថ្លែងក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង និងសម្ពោធគម្រោង លោកជំទាវ បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ភឿង សកុណា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងវប្បធម៌ និងវិចិត្រសិល្បៈ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល នៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ដើមឈើរាប់លានដើម ទាំងក្នុងគម្រោងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ្វ៍ រួមទាំងវិស័យឯកជននានា ដែលបានសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា ដាំដុះជាបន្តបន្ទាប់នៅក្នុងឧទ្យានអង្គរ។ នេះជាភារកិច្ចថ្មីមួយទៀត បន្ថែមលើកិច្ចការដែលយើងជាកូនខ្មែរត្រូវថែរក្សាបរិស្ថាន។ ហេតុអ្វី? ដោយសារនៅលើទឹកដីនេះ មានប្រាសាទរាប់រយ ដែលប្រាសាទ គឺជាចំណងមួយរវាងប្រាសាទ ធម្មជាតិ និងមនុស្ស។ អ្វីទាំងអស់នោះ បើសិនជាគ្មានព្រៃឈើជួយទេ បញ្ហាវានឹងកកើតឡើងដូចជា ភាពរាំងស្ងួត ហើយបរិស្ថានបៃតងជួយច្រើនលើសុខុមាលភាពរបស់មនុស្ស។ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ បានសម្តែងសេចក្តីរីករាយ ដែលរាជដ្ឋាភិបាល យកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការបង្កើនគម្របព្រៃឈើ ហើយសកម្មភាពនេះ កាន់តែផុសផលច្រើនឡើង ពិសេសក្នុងចំណោមយុវជន។ លោកជំទាវ បណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ មានប្រសាសន៍បន្តថា អ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយរស់នៅបានដោយសារសមិទ្ធផលរបស់អ្នកមុន នេះជាបំណងយើងទាំងអស់គ្នាបានទទួលនូវភោគផលដែលដូនតាយើងបន្សល់ទុកមក មានប្រាង្គប្រាសាទ មានសម្បត្តិធម្មជាតិ។ ដូច្នេះ ជាភារកិច្ចរបស់យើងថែរក្សា ក៏មានភារកិច្ចនឹងបន្តបង្កើតនូវអ្វីសម្រាប់ទុកឱ្យអ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយដែរ។
លោក ចាន់ រដ្ឋា អគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ្វ៍ ខេមបូឌា ភីអិលស៊ី មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាពេលវេលាដ៏វិសេសវិសាលណាស់ ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនមេនូឡាយហ្វ៍ មានកិត្តិយស និងមោទកភាពដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាត និងគាំទ្រពីអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា លើគម្រោងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ «ឧទ្យានសហគមន៍អង្គរ-មេនូឡាយហ្វ៍»។ តាមរយៈគម្រោងនេះ និងការសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា នឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងកិច្ចការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌ជាតិដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់មនុស្សជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយ។ ស្របពេលជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក៏រួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមតាមរយៈការបង្កើតប្រាក់ចំណូល និងឱកាសការងារសម្រាប់សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ជាពិសេស ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលកំពុងរស់នៅ និងប្រកបការងារនៅទីនេះផ្ទាល់តែម្ដង។ ទិសដៅនេះបានដើរស្របគ្នាយ៉ាងល្អឥតខ្ចោះទៅនឹងយុទ្ធនាការរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន មេនូឡាយហ្វ៍ ជាសកល (Manulife Impact Agenda) ក្នុងការកសាងជីវិតប្រកបដោយសុខភាពល្អ ភាពរឹងមាំយូរអង្វែង និងកាន់តែប្រសើរជូនប្រជាជននៅទូទាំងពិភពលោកដែលយើងមានប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្ម រួមទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ៕

On 20 January 2024, APSARA National Authority in collaboration with Manulife Cambodia Plc hold a ceremony to exchange agreements and officially launch the project “Angkor-Manulife Community Park”, which is a project to plant more than 10,000 trees, such as Thnong, Koki, and Beng on an area of 5.5 hectares. This ceremony is presided over by H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Administrative Board of APSARA National Authority, Heads of the Ministry of Environment, Siem Reap Provincial Administration, APSARA National Authority as well as officials-staff, and about 300 students.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Administrative Board of APSARA National Authority, said that millions of trees including the project of Manulife and the other private sectors cooperated with the APSARA National Authority, are continuously planted in Angkor Park. This is another new task in addition to our work as Cambodians to take care of the environment. Because there are hundreds of temples on this land, the temple is a link between nature and humans. All of that, without the help of forests, problems will arise, such as drought, and the green environment contributes greatly to human well-being. She expressed her pleasure that the government is paying more attention to increasing forest cover and this activity is becoming more productive, especially among young people. H.E. Dr. PHOEURNG Sackona continued that the next generation can live because of your achievements now and this is the desire for all of us to receive the heritage from our ancestors to have temples with natural resources. Therefore, we have to take care of it and continue creating something for the next generation.
Mr. Chan Ratha, General Manager of Manulife Cambodia Plc said that today is a very special time that Manulife is honored and proud to receive permission and support from the APSARA National Authority on the “Angkor-Manulife Community Park” cooperation project. Through this project and close cooperation with the APSARA National Authority, it will make a significant contribution to the protection of the national cultural heritage that is valuable to humankind as well as to future generations. At the same time, it also contributes to socio-economic development by generating income and employment opportunities for local communities, especially the people who live and work here. This direction is perfectly aligned with the Manulife Impact Agenda to build a healthier, longer, and better life for people around the world where we operate including Cambodia.
