នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរាសហការជាមួយអង្គការមរតកវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ(Khmer Heritage Organization) បានបើកកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាក្របីរៀល ក្រោមអធិបតីឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល អគ្គនាយករងនៃអាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា។
កម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាក្របីរៀលនេះ បានដំណើរការតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២០ ដែលមានសិស្សានុសិស្សចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណជាង៧០០នាក់ ដែលក្នុង១ឆ្នាំៗមានសិស្សប្រមាណ២០០នាក់មកពីថ្នាក់ទី៥ និងទី៦។ ជាទូទៅ កម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌមានរយៈពេល៩ខែក្នុង១ឆ្នាំ។
នាឱកាសបើកកម្មវិធីអប់រំបេតិកភណ្ឌ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល មានមតិសំណេះសំណាលទាក់ទងនឹងការរស់នៅរបស់អ្នកស្រុក កុមារ និងសិស្សានុសិស្សដែលមានភព្វសំណាងដែលបានកើត សិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងរស់នៅក្នុងតំបន់ដែនដីដ៏ពិសិដ្ឋនៃអង្គរ ព្រមទាំងលើកទឹកចិត្តកោតសរសើរដល់លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូដែលបានចូលរួម និងសហការល្អក្នុងការដឹកនាំ និងជំរុញសិស្សានុសិស្សឱ្យសិក្សា និងអនុវត្តតាមកម្មវិធី។
មិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ឯកឧត្តម ឡុង កុសល បានណែនាំសិស្សានុសិស្សឱ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់សិក្សារៀនសូត្រក្នុងកម្មវិធីអប់រំនេះ ដែលនឹងអាចផ្ដល់ប្រយោជន៍សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការងារអនាគត។ ជាពិសេស សិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងនេះ នឹងអាចជាអ្នកបន្តវេន និងជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដ៏ល្អលើវិស័យថែរក្សាការពារ និងគ្រប់គ្រងកេរមរតកវប្បធ៌មក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់ខ្លួន៕

On the morning of 11 January 2024, APSARA National Authority, in collaboration with the Khmer Heritage Organization, launched a heritage education program at Krabei Riel Primary School, which is presided over by H.E. Mr. Long Kosal, Deputy Director General of APSARA National Authority.
The heritage education program at Krabei Riel Primary School has been running since 2020, with a total of more than 700 students participating, with about 200 students from grades 5 and 6 each year. In general, heritage education programs last nine months.
On the occasion of the opening of the Heritage Education Program, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal talked about the lives of the locals, children, and lucky students who were born, studied, and lived in the sacred land of Angkor, and encouraged and praised teachers who have participated and cooperated well in leading and motivating students to study and follow the program.
In addition, H.E. Mr. Long Kosal advised students to pay attention to studying in this educational program, which will provide important benefits for future work. In particular, these students will be able to take turns and be good leaders in the field of preservation, protection, and management of cultural heritage in their community.
